Pathetic SLOW customer service. The woman working here could careless about her job and it shows. Slow as molasses, busy texting... in between orders. Not paying any attention to the amount of customers waiting and the fact that the line is gigantic. If sheever lands a real job she wouldn?t last a week. Bottom line, get ready to wait. Read more
Bad customer service. Worker was a young African American with orange bleached hair who seemed careless and was just drinking... the Auntie Anne?s drinks. He was very unprofessional. Stood in the long line 3x just to be told ?the pretzel nuggets will berefilled in 20 minutes?. There was no apology or even sorry for the inconvenience. Went to the tree lighting with my family tonight and we figured something warm would warm us up. The person at the counter... serving us wasn't exactly rude but made us feel rushed and they didn't care and we had to remind him we were adding to ourorder. We wanted to get the pretzel dogs but they looked like they have been sitting on counter for hours. We got cinnamonpretzel bites, classic pretzel & regular pretzel bites and they were all burnt as well. Not very happy I used to go here forpretzels all the time and it has gone downhill. One of the best Cinnabon and the prestels I ever had,so fresh,try prestels with the cheese dip,just $1 extra for it,but trust me... it?s worth it n a perfect delicious combo,the place is really busy but must say it?s very fast,love the fastest customer service????need to stop by then one time???? Pretzels were hard maybe because they're not made fresh there I'm not sure but for the amount of money that they charge I should... be receiving warm fresh and soft pretzels just like at the other Auntie Anne's Pretzels i have vusited. Pretzels were good, but I have been trying to reach this business gor several days now. My son and I purchased pretzel and my... change back which I did not realized that the cashier gave me a fake twenty dollar bill until I went to spend it at anotherlocation. Bad business. Read more
