Gives more mix-ins with more choices than Culver's. Ice cream is not completely frozen, so I can be kind of sticky or stretchy,... but still delicious and does not hurt the teeth! Read more
Emily Aguirre was the most amazing employee I have ever had the opportunity to interact with. She is not only a fantastic... socializer, but she also crafted two cups of ice cream that have completely excelled beyond all others I have tasted. Creamy,refreshing, and sweet: that is how I would explain the taste of her perfectly-portioned scoops. Additionally, she created asafe space for my friend to do her insulin shot. With my friend?s permission, I have posted a picture that displays the comfortat which my courageous friend could perform a practice crucial to her survival as a diabetic, all thanks to the presence ofEmily Aguirre. We were so impressed by her service that we left a whopping $3 tip. Will come back again. Read more
Maybe it's just me but when I pay 7 dollars for a smoothie, I kind of expect the smoothie to be blended. That means there... shouldn't be full ice cubes at the bottom when I finish the smoothie. Pretty disappointing for 7 dollars but at least it tastedgood. Read more
If I could give no stars I would not give any. Everytime I came to the deer park shop they never have butterfingers as one of... the flavors. So, I called to ask this time before going if they had butterfingers for the flavor she acted like she did not knowwhat I was talking about. Then proceeded to state that it is not a required flavor they have to have available. I never asked ifit is required for them to have the flavors that are listed on your freaken website. At the end of this she was rude, clippedwith me and sounded as though I wasted her time. Sorry for me trying to insure you have a flavor that all the other coldstoneshops have but yours and that the website lists that you have this flavor!!!!! In reality you wasted my time, this shop shouldbe closed or management needs to step it up because your employees are going to run this location into the ground. I will bereaching out to the district manager. Being rude and ignorant because you feel like it is not good customer service. Let me justsay sweety if you don't like/love your job and do it with a sweetness the don't work in the service industry. You are the faceof the company, your service,knowledge and skills is what keeps customers coming back to your location aside from the taste.Though I will never come back to this location.
