Bathrooms were gross. It didn't look like they had been cleaned in a while.
Went in to buy some smile cookies because the firefighters were outside promoting the cookies for their community, the store had... none. So the volunteers were outside for nothing basically because the store cant manage their stock. We went to the other timsand they said they had a LOAD so we bought 12. Good on them. Had the worst experience today at 1 pm , over 20 min in lineup , only to leave without a coffee, 11 people behind the counter... and I only made one step in 20 min , ridiculous I won't be visiting there anytime ,sad so so sad Read more
Bit slow during the drive thru. But friendly and doing their best.
Had a horrible experience here. Got an iced cap but it didn't taste right so I went back to ask for a new one. The new drink... tasted the same but was more runny (i.e. double blended), meaning that the staff took my old drink - which I drank out of - andblended it again in their machine. Needless to say, this is unsanitary (especially given the current pandemic) and purely lazycustomer service. I will not be visiting this Tims again. I ended up getting my drink from the Tims on the highway and it wasmade exactly the way it should be. The customer service over there was much better too. Read more
Honestly waiting in drive thru for 5 minutes and still nobody taking your order is ridiculous! There was only 1 car ahead if... there had been a full drive thru I'd understand but this has happened 2 times in 1 week. There's always usually something messedup with the order at this location as well. One day we were being served at the window and had everything but our smoothies,there was 5 staff and only 1 lady was running around working, the rest were chatting, anyway it took 5 extra minutes waiting for3 smoothies at the window while the staff chatted away. Avoid this location and go to the one attached to the gas station anddairy Queen instead Back to add I gave this location another chance, drive thru was quicker but I ordered a bagel with creamcheese, to my surprise it also had honey mustard on it, obviously someone used a dirty knife to spread the cream cheese. Wentback 3 minutes after leaving drive thru and the manager said I didn't get it there, can she ever learn manners? Always so rude! Read more
Timmy's has great coffee and everyone knows it. The drive-through line up was out to the road. We went inside. Food and service... were very good. In the hustle though, napkins ran out in many dispensers and it was tough to find clean tables. Read more
