Reviews for Pancho's Taqueria in Dedham, MA
Panchos Dedham used to be my favorite Thursday take-out. No more. Thursday night staff needs better training or a lesson in... reading. Ordered (via ChowNow) 2 tostadas, one with sliced avocado. Both arrived with no cojita cheese - and the one withavocado had guacamole (50cents less than paid for sliced avocado). ChowNow didn't ask for a review; and Panchos didn't answertheir phone. Sorry guys - you've gone too far downhill for me to continue ordering from you. Read more
Three of us came for a snack. Fish taco was great. Al pastor was good. Nachos had a strange, watery cheese on it. Jamaica was... biitter (old ?). The veggie toppings were fresh. The folks behind the counter were not particularly kind or friendly. Priceswere okay Read more
Best food ever! I come here all the time and have to say they provide the best food and the best experience of any restaurant... in the area. 10/10. Strongly recommend. Way better than Chipotle - it?s not even a comparison. Read more
I'm not sure what to say about this place. It's the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. I ordered a Dos Equis on tap and... clearly it isn't ordered often, nor are the lines cleaned regularly. The guy working seemed hesitant to even pour it and ittasted old and off, real bad. I'll give the guy credit, he gave me a bottle in place of the bad beer. Now to the food, weordered the nachos and the quality was absolutely terrible. The chicken was clearly canned chicken, I know that taste well frommy college days. The nacho cheese sauce was clumpy and tasted sweet, woof. The refried beans were cold and bland. I absolutelylove nachos with all my heart and we left nearly the entire plate, it was atrocious - see attached picture, that's how we leftthem. Maybe it was a bad day because they have solid reviews, but yikes that was terrible!! Avoid!! Read more
I saw this on the Dining Section for American Airline dining program. Decided to try it out. I love Mexican food, specially if... is ?authentic? even though some places just call it authentic when is not. What i liked about this place is the appearance andthe taste. Although some information on the menu is misleading is still a to-go place. The burrito said it was $7, but if youyou want a authentic burrito it doesn?t cost $7 it cost $11. I really dislike the fact that some places are re-wording things. For example a authentic burrito brings, beans, rice, pico de gallo, sour-cream and guacamole in it. But here all that is extra????. So...is it authentic? I seen lot of latin restaurants that have americanized are deferring from what authenticity reallyis. Still the flavor and taste is great ???? ????????. btw the super burrito was supper thick ???? and delicious. The horchatataste really good although is wasn?t very authentic. The chips and Guacamole i feel is little pricy for the amount it brings. Read more
My brother in law and I decided to try this because they had outside seating and adult beverages. We had two fish tacos and an... order of nachos with carnitas for our protein. We also had the margaritas which are good. The best part, however, is make to gomargaritas. Read more
We were excited to give this place a try based on the reviews. The chicken and beef were bland and on the cold side. Everything... needed a hefty dose of salt and spice. The enchilada sauce tasted like it was straight from a can. Salsa was very bland, likewatery tomatoes. The tortilla chips were old and kinda stale. The guac was good at least. Maybe I have high standards becausetacos in San Antonio, Texas are amazing. Even gas station ones. This place was just disappointing. I'd rather eat at chipotle. Read more
I came in yesterday when they opened and met a coworker for a working lunch. Nice place, pretty clean. However I ordered a... breakfast burrito that simply fell apart, it was made to order which was good but nothing outstanding. My friend got nachoswhich looked pretty good and he finished it all. What brings it to three stars though is the attached picture. We ordered ashrimp quesadilla to share and this is what we got after about 15 mins after we got our food. It wasn?t so busy that it shouldtake that long but also this simply isn?t a quesadilla. I paid and tipped before I got it though and since it took so long weended up eating it. It was fine just not what we ordered, didn?t finish it either. No diet soda either which was unusual. Therewas plenty of parking and they were nice enough. Read more
