Terrible customer service. Waitress was really rude. Waitress was on the phone for a long time and we had to wait a long time to... be seated. She did not offer a high chair or crayons for my son. When ask her for the crayons, she gave me a single color. Thehigh chair was so dirty. It was so sticky and it looks like it was left unclean from the last customer. I had to clean itmyself. The waitress look very unhappy and unwilling when we ask her for anything. She made the whole place gave off a reallyunfriendly atmosphere. I dont reccomend anyone going to this establishment. I must be hyper critical about restaurants post Covid but when I go out to eat I figure your paying for the experience and... anymore the attitudes I just can?t take. Waiter not bad but the Hostess was a hmmm she needs go somewhere she can play on herphone and not interact with people. Hey IHOP how bout you start working on the attitudes. The food and service were both without fault. We enjoyed our meal. The restaurant was clean and well lit.
New menu since I last visited. My go to is the tips and eggs w hash browns. NOT like I remembered. Wife said the same. Waitress... was non attentive. Had a different one get her for my bill. Food was finished but forgot and left my leftover tips on thetable.... Read more
Mexican tres leches flavored pancakes were just, wow! Super tasty and fun to chew. My main dish was the spicy poblano omelet and... found it to be kind of bland. I had to dump a bunch of hot sauce in it, but in fairness I tend to do that anyway. The place waspretty empty so I didn?t expect the service to be so slow, nor the bathrooms as dirty as they were. I ended up wishing I wentsomewhere else. But it could have been a one off experience. I?ll return in the future to know for sure. Read more
