I ordered the Patty Melt and while it was delicious it was lacking in onions, I mean that is what a Patty melt is all about. I... got it on a large bun and let me tell you, it hit the spot and was delicious. I placed my order through the app. I really likedthe option to pick up but eat inside. Their Coke tastes the way it should, that is huge for me. They were very busy but my orderwas ready when I arrived. I had asked for mayo and it was too little for my liking. A kind older gentleman got some for me andcould tell he took my request seriously and promptly returned with it. Dinged one star for lack of onions on a Patty Melt. Read more
I LOVE eating here. Only downfall is that it takes awhile to get your order, especially through the drive thru.
In California where I am from we have In n Out Burger. Whataburger is the Texas regional burger chain. They make a quality... burger, but in my opinion, In n Out is a better burger. Have been throwing up ALL NIGHT!!! Service was great. Drive through window girl was very polite. Ordered Honey BBQ chicken... sandwich, onion rings, apple pie and sweet tea. Threw up all night long until 6 am My niece ordered the same thing but did notget sick. She did not have lettuce but I did. BAD lettuce!!!!!! Went on a Thursday evening about 8:45, and it was pretty busy. Didn't have to wait long for our order. The workers seemed to... actually like their job and were very friendly. Fries were hot and fresh. Read more
Delicious. I ordered burgers and shakes. I tried the spicy ketchup wich is not really spicy. My order was prompt and accurate.... Cashier was helpful when I ordered. The place could use more cleaning. I'd like to think that they are affected by staffshortage because every team member was busy taking or making orders and they had a long drive through line. Walked into this location to be greeted by the fact the place was slammed with over 20 groups, not just people in families that... were here, but groups waiting on their food. Out of most of their stuff and has multiple people in the drive through waiting forfood. 7 of the 9 people were practically new workers who hadn't been taught how to work here. Drive through and Dining roomclosed due to them not being prepared. Manager is nowhere to be seem, multiple orders seen sitting out with nobody attending tothe food and just letting it sit there. Seen 7 people served since my family entered here, and 6 of them came back with theirorders incorrect, and 3 from the drive through as well. 9 people with their orders incorrect with the drive through and dine intogether. Out of 15 people. Come on. Guy comes in with a phone saying that he hadn't gotten his order in 35 minutes and findsout his food has been sitting in the kitchen for the past 10 minutes. Woman next to me says that she has been waiting for 35minutes and then some. My brothers food (who we came to this location for) was not even hot. Place is ridiculous. Don't earhere, go to Denton if you really want Whataburger. Read more
Whataburger speaks for itself already, but this location did a great job despite their busy morning rush. The breakfast burritos... we ordered were filled with egg, cheese, and sausage/bacon, the coffee was hot (a bit weak for my liking, but it was good anddid the trick), and the drive thru staff was pleasant and helpful when we needed condiments.
