Ordered online went to pick up in drive through no one responded even to knocking on the window ???? Went inside and no one at... counter. Someone came out of the kitchen. Our pizza and cheesesticks were hot and ooweey gooey just the way I like it. And they offer Taco Pizza!!! Which automatically... deserves 5 stars in my opinion. My only complaint was the wait to get our food. It took well over an hour. I understand theyare shortstaffed, like every business right now, so still giving 5 stars overall. Read more
Pizza hut. What a joke.. Wouldn't deliver to our hotel..after taking my online order saying it's not safe for there... drivers..really... thats crazy.. Nevermind pizza hut..will order dominoes or papa John's or somewhere else from now on. Read more

I ordered a pizza with carryout. They order was wrong. All I asked was for them to make another and have it delivered since I... was already home. Katie wanted me to pay a $2 fee for them to deliver me another pizza even though it was their mistake. I thinkthey should have taken care of the $2 since it was a mistake on their part. Katie didn't want any part of fixing this problem. Iwas offered to come back up there to ouck up another pizza but i dont feel that was fair for me to get my family back out to fixtheir mistake. I order pizza hut often and order for big groups. I will be taking my business elsewhere until they get employeesthat actually care and have been taught about customer service. Read more
Apparently they do not understand what wheelchair bound handicap means. The server had my husband try to squeeze between a large... table that had people sitting at it and a row of booths. Then they took about 15 minutes to even bring the paper menus, andanother 15 to take our order. They brought our appetizer out with our pizza. I could understand if they were busy, but therewere 2 tables sat when we got there and they already had their food. The dinning area was disgusting. We were sat under an areathat was covered in black mold on the ceiling. Needless to say, we will not be going back there. And we definitely DO NOTrecommend anyone else to go there either. Read more
Always use my mobile app to order place my order. Whether I place it 15 minutes before pick up or schedule earlier in the day... for a dinner pic up...it's always ready hot and fresh. Read more
