AVOID. They will steal your money from you, not give you the food you asked for, attempt to poison/harm you, and spit in your... face asking you to leave if you speak up about it. Worse experience ever in Decatur, tx new waitress named Kylie s. Food was good. I asked for a chocolate milk and scrambled eggs... and the waitress didn?t even bring it. I tell you.. This sandwich was the best I think I've ever had at IHop.. And the server was Awesome..
*edit to add that after 10pm, they charge more for the same food because they "pay their servers actual minimum wage, vs $2ish... an hour, and because it's less safe" Very friendly server, coffee was good, and food was quick and tasty. I was very surprised.Will be back. Read more

Our visit this late morning was very pleasant. The food was great, and reasonably priced. The service was beyond exceptional.... Krista made us feel welcomed and was on top of it. Thank you! There were two situations that occurred during our visit. One wasthe fire marshal conducted a routine inspection causing our and others orders to be delayed unexpectedly. However, the staffexplained, apologized and with their own initiatives made amends to patrons for the delays. These situations with governmentregulations are understandable. Yet, there was one patron who became very disrespectful with the staff. This is unfortunate butI think the staff dealt with the upset customer with respect even if the person was hateful! I like me some IHOP and I love the 55+ menu. It seems like they have shortened the 55+ menu a bit though since the last time I... was here. I had the BLT and home fries it was delicious. The only thing I wish is that they had regular sausage patties Idon't care for the links. Read more
