Highly dissatisfied with this location in particular. One employee specifically (whom I seem to get every single time I go) does... NOT know how to makes sandwiches, wraps, etc. On several occasions my order is messed up, made incorrectly, and sloppy. I wouldrather drive to athens than to return to this location. Read more
Hours say open til 9pm, went by at 8pm on Wed Dec 1, 2021 and the doors were locked and the employees were standing around... talking to a couple of friends sitting insideand never acknowledged i was there. Open sign was lit. The very next night i droveby at the same time and they were open and had ppl in line ordering. Went by tonight, Dec 6th at 8 pm and doors locked and not asoul in sight and once again Open sign was lit. Our shop takes lunch each night at 8pm and we have 30 minutes to get food andeat and be back on our job ready to work when the bell rings. If you are going to close, at 8pm, correct your open hours andturn off the Open sign & save some of us the frustration and the wasted time. Wednesday, October 26,2021 I went to the drive in at 8:15 p.m. I sat there for the longest at the menu board and no one said... anything. I remembered a few months ago they were having problems with their communication equipment. So I then drove up tothe window. I saw one person who was making sandwiches. I just sat there not trying to make her feel rushed. She looked at meseveral times. During that time another lady came in and went to where I assume is their office. The lady working the sandwichcounter went into the lobby and got on her personal phone. I went around to park and go in for my order and she locked the dooras I was walking up. That time was 8:40. Had my most positive Subway experience ever at this location. The place was spotless, the employees were friendly and we were in... and out quickly. I got back to the car and told my wife I felt like I was in the twilight zone. Great team at a well runlocation. Read more
