The service is hit and miss. The wait time is too long for fast food. Some employees are unprofessional standing at the counter... arguing with each other and customers. Waited 20 minutes for a already made bowl of chili and a cookie when picking up for DoorDash when the store was empty and drive through only had a couple cars. Read more
I just had breakfast at this location, and let me tell you that the gravy they served me looked like SLOP i didnt dare eat it,... it was brown .. it had the consistency of mud. You can tell they fry their fpod in the same oil they fry thuer dinner food in,which is a huge no no if you want a good tasting food . They charge you 3.00$!! For one slice of bread .. ( french toast sticks)i could buy a whole loaf for that, and that pc of bread tasted like a spicy chicken sandwhich .. definitely didnt taste likefrench toast.. but it was better then anything McDonald's serves so i gave you a 2 star.. The food was ok but there were fruit flies around the ketchup dispenser. The floor was slick from grease. The restrooms were... fair. Could use a cleaning. Getting in the parking lot was not the easiest because it is surrounded by one way streets. Bottom line: I would not go back. Read more
The most inconsistent restaurant I've ever experienced, along side the McDonald's next door. Food is usually cold, warm at best,... extremely slow service, and inconsistent hours. I'm writing this review after attempting to order at 12:15am (they close at1am), and I get up to the menu that is still on and a kid walks out the back door and says "we're closed" while a car isactively at the window. I ask what time they close and he confirmed 1am but they "were short-staffed". Seems like a managementproblem. There have been many times where workers are in the building long before closing time but "they're closed". Seems likethey just don't want to do work but get the hours. The only reliable late night food on Pershing is Taco Bell, and they evenclosed early until recently. Read more
I knew it was a mistake to try going here again. When we first moved here, we went several times and always received the same... bad mannered, slow, incorrect service. However, it'd been a few months and I tried again. After waiting almost 25 minutes in thedrive through line (which only had about 5 cars ahead of me), I pull up to the window to see no chicken nuggets. So I ordersomething different. Then no diet coke. Then no lemonade. I realize this is not their fault, it seems like a location that mightnot stay open much longer. But, to top it all off, the person taking my order consistently interrupted me to ask "is that all"after every word I said, and managed to get my order wrong. I was excited to try the new breakfast bacanator. I am sadly disappointed. I thought it would be all bacon , egg and cheese.... Nope to my surprise it was sausage and 2 small pieces of bacon which equals to 1 piece of regular size. I don't like sausageever. So I can I was very disappointed. Won't waste my money again.
