One we ordered a #3 which is chicken not steak two when u call in to complain they argue with u saying no that?s something else... when Ik better not to mention their cashier thinks she needs a tip to ask questions rude people working in the store. Y?all needdo better. Read more

It depends on which one you talking about they're both on Eldorado in Decatur the one across the street from McDonald's is... straight trash. When I walked in there were no customers. people were standing behind the counter with no masks on justchatting. The Cutting Board was disgusting it had crumbs and mayo and all kind of stuff on it, the tuna had not been stirred andthe food look terrible I did inform them of this and walked out I couldn't dare eat there. Placed an order for delivery. There was supposed to be bacon added to a sandwich. I was charged for the bacon, received the... sandwich and NO bacon. You would hope that a sandwich with only 4 toppings would be made correctly but no. Won't be orderingfrom them again. Read more
My experience with them has been wonderful. No complaints except when they don't have any peanut butter ????s. The place is... usually pretty clean , bathrooms included.The staff is friendly and courteous.The prices are fairly reasonable. Subway hasgotten some new menu itéms, liked them all but one, looking forward to an organic sub sandwich in the not too distant futurewith organic ingredients from various countries around the world like India, Mexico, etc. Read more
Couldn't go in to order and went to drive thru and the speaker was out had to order at window only had one person working.
