It you papa John's.3 hours. We ordered at 7 and here it is at 7. We called asking what happened to our pizza and they told us... they were finally now delivering it and that they were super busy. But honestly it shouldn't take 3 hours especially when wepaid like 70 bucks for a pizza, wings, and bread sticks. And it had us tip ahead of time. Read more
Single worst PJ'S I've experienced. 2+ hours for one pizza on a Thursday night. What a joke
Ordered online waited about 45 mins for order to keep saying making called and they said there was 3 orders still ahead of ours.... App said was 15 to 23 mins wait but nope was going to be a hour and half to get pizza. I cancelled order asked for managerwaited on phone for 10 mins no one to came to phone. They have your number when you place an order why wouldn?t they call andsay there?s a delay. Read more
That manager was so rude to me on the phone. She said "I don't know how you got thru, we are so busy right now". It was... approx. 4:45 pm on 090122. Very poor managerial skills. Needs to go back for a re-boot training! Not sure I will call thereagain! Got my pizza; luke warm, disappointing ; ordered and paid for 13 peppercinnoini and received 4 only after paying for 13! Called and made complaint. The same gal answered the phone but refused to give me her name. I told her about pizza and lackof peppercinnoinis and she said she was sorry and bring them out. I tried to tell her that I have never received a Luke warmpizza from them. She said that I was on the outer edge of their delivery area . I said that doesn't matter I have ordered somany Pizzas from them and none has ever been Luke waRm. She said if I would quit interrupting her. Had promo code for a large 3 topping pizza. Had trouble ordering online. So I called and placed my order. For a Double pepperoni... and extra cheese. I am gonna say this about my pizza if this is what they call double pepperoni there is a serious pepperonishortage. Got about 3 or 4 slices of pepperoni per slice of pizza. Not what I all double or extra pepperoni. I would show aphoto of where I pulled the cheese and all off a slice but not sure how to add a photo. Read more
Only ordered from here because Monicals was closed and Domino's took long last Time. Ordered the pie online and got a text... saying our pizza was in oven. After a while, I head outside to grab something from the car and there's the pizza on the deckcovered in ants. When I looked at the pizza, it was sloppy, one side of the pie was crust with toppings in the center of theslice. Delivery person never announced themselves, didn't knock or did it too faint to hear and I'm feet from the door. Domino'sat least allows you to track and their delivery does text or even call upon their arrival. As I sprayed the deck for ants Iwasn't in shock why I won't order from here again. Quite busy on a Friday night, so it took a little longer to get my order. Everyone was really working hard to keep things... moving. I was impressed with the level of cooperation and courtesy I saw among workers and customers as everyone was verypatient and understanding on a very busy night! Read more
