Before starting, I'd like to clarify that this has only been happening recently. I normally experience excellent and quick... service here. With that being said, the quality of service and food here has severely decreased within the last few weeks. I'mnot sure if it's due to an influx of customers coming for the McRib, but regardless, I'm dissatisfied with the visits I've hadrecently. Today, the burgers I ordered were mismashed together and askew. I had ordered extra pickles, and found that it had anoverwhelming amount... of 2. I had ordered my McRib plain, and it instead came with the usual condiments. It was also sloppilydumped into the bag; BBQ sauce coating the sides of many other food items. In terms of the positive, the McNuggets were normal.No complaints there, aside from the BBQ sauce from the McRib on the sides. The fries were decent. A little less salt thannormal, but still good. I came thru the drive thru I got up to the speaker the girl that took my order goes you need to speak up I hadn't said anything... yet.get to the window pay ok girl .sort of rude .I was asked if I had a large orange juice I tell her no I have a largeunsweetened tea I'm not sure what the upcharge price for a drink is I was charged 1.69. I don't mind waiting for my food butthey were not that busy and I waited 10 minutes for Luke warm food with no smile or eye contact just food handed to me throughmy car window with a half hearted have a good day they need to replace the whole crew. This place was rediculous! I ordered fries and a large soda. I asked for ketchup, on the reciept it showed ketchup but there was... NONE. I even asked the cashier at the window if I could get some and he said it was in the bag. Got bsck to my hotel and ofcourse there was no ketchup but then the fries were hard as rocks and ice cold. The soda tasted like it was bad or the fountainhadn't been cleaned since they opened their doors. I never make complaint reviews, however this place was THE WORST McDonald's Ihave ever been to. I didn't go back in because well as I was waiting in the drive through I had a random person come to my carwindow asking me for money. great service but if the ice Carmel macchiato has a foam top too it don?t drink it. It?s not normal and it leaves a slimy... residue in your mouth. I felt like puking for the past hour still can?t get it out of my mouth. Read more
