Good sandwiches.. little expensive but good quality
So I went to location across from Walgreens in Mt Zion. The staff was so nice. However, the #3 had a tablespoon of tuna on... it...could not believe it. I will definitely watch them make the sandwich next time and make sure they put TUNA on it. Read more

Would not serve me as a to go customer without a mask. But told me I could go through the drive thru. Ok sure....then they left... us sitting there for over 2 minutes without asking what we wanted until my passenger yelled Hello?? Placed the order and theyagain left us in silence without giving us the total or telling us to pull around. Gave them the cash, got the change and thesandwich with receipt without a word. Let me first say I have always loved Jimmy John's and I eat their often. I however have never seen one ran so poorly. The drive... thru line was about 5 cars deep. When I finally got to the window my sandwiches where done but the lady kept taking orders andnot getting the line moved forward. It would have been faster to go to subway get a messy sandwich eat it in the store andbeen on my way versus waiting for them. Read more
This place really deserves zero stars, went here countless times and the girl at the window always has an attitude, slams the... door. We?ve ordered delivery from this location too and the girl came to our door, she was on the phone and told me to ?holdon?. I don?t recommend this jimmy johns, the customer service is terrible.
