People are awesome and friendly when I pick up my pizza at Domino's on Wood Street recommended five stars
I ordered delivery for the the pizza/pasta combo on Sunday night, May 15th around 9pm, and after waiting 2 1/2 hours the pizza... tracker randomly updated saying delivered, but it never arrived, and I was still charged $30 (I even tipped $9.75 because of gasprices). I called the next day for a refund and the manager said "I don't know how to give refunds but I'll call you back" thenthey never did. I called 2 more times that week and each manager said the same thing, one even said they would call the districtmanager and immediately call me back, but again, they did not. I filled out an online form about it over a week ago, got anemail saying they'd look into it, then nothing. I contacted Domino's on Twitter, gave them all of my information again, theysaid they would contact the store, and AGAIN, no has contacted me. You better hope you get your order because they're takingyour money either way. Read more
Ordered a pizza it was paid for and never got it so I called and waited for them to pick up the phone for 23 mins and my... daughter called and held on for 20 mins and I called this morning and the female who answered the phone said when they are busythey aren?t answering that phone and I said they need to answer because people aren?t getting their orders and the only way tolet them know is for them to answer the phone and she said she doesn?t care who tells her that she should answer the phone thatshe will not be answering that phone and I told her she did not have to be rude I wasn?t being rude to her and she hung up onme. I have never dealt with such a childish person in my life. The owner of this place needs to rethink her/his staff. So it?snice that they owe us a pizza and still can be nasty like we did something wrong. Please hire adults because the person on thephone acted like an entitled child. Read more
Took over an hour for the pizza to be delivered. 40 minutes of it was from being left on the quality check from the tracker on... website. Then proceeded to call and they left us on hold for over 30 minutes. If you want good pizza go to papa johns. Read more
Place appeared to be clean. The food is good from A-Z. Fast and friendly customer service @ this particular locale. Also, they... open later than most of the fast food franchises. I wish they'd come up with more new menu items. Can't recall anythingnegative. Read more
It was good, I think I made a mistake and ordered just pineapple instead of just pepperoni?both together would have been... fine?but it wasn?t the kid who cooked the pies fault?it was definitely good for it was, and through and thru it being my mistake, I had to dock a star only because pineapple by itself on pizza can never be a 5 star anything ?if that?s your thing,have atit!
