The owner needs to show up and work since the rest of their employees don't wanna work. Ordered online at 1030. pickup at 12.... Got their and waited about 35 minutes and they missed half our order. one whole family platter. How do you order two familyplatters and they don't see the second entire order?? Read more
If I could give zero stars I would. I have never felt as unwelcome as I did at this location. I had an order of the boneless... wings meal with a side of the cheddar bites. As I?m ordering my food I hear this lady saying ?my god? huffing at every littlething that I ordered. She quickly tells me my total and orders me to pull forward. Once I get to the window she asks if I had aboneless wings and things meal which I politely correct her and tell her that my order is incorrect. Thinking she fixed it, Igive her my card but when I look at the receipt I noticed she didnt change that nor added my cheese bits (which I know she heardbecause she had added more of her commentary after I asked for them). Mind you, the window was opened the whole time. I try toget her attention but she was too busy yelling at the rest of the workers, even the worker that tried to fix her mistake. Shedoesn?t respect her coworkers or the customers. I don?t know her name but she is an older white lady around 5?3 with salt andpepper hair. Another lady came and ?fixed? the situation around 7 minutes later adding the cheese bits with the boneless wingsand things. She tried to gas light me thinking I was getting a deal because I would?ve originally paid around 14 dollars whenI?ve only paid 12. This was my lunch break and I only get 45 minutes to enjoy it. Delicious chicken, and I would know because I'm a connoisseur of both unborn and expired chicken. It took a little bit longer... than I would have thought. If you go to this Zaxby's make sure that you wear a light jacket. It was as cold as the shoulder Igive my wife when I call her to complain about something and she complains about my complaining. The new Zignature sandwich is horrible. Overcooked and dry. I used to like Zaxby's back in the day, but they have gone downhill.... Can't believe they swung and missed so badly at this Popeyes chicken sandwich rip-off. Bring back the old club sandwich and dropthis garbage from the menu please. Read more
