They do not understand the point of ordering online?every time you place a Togo order online you still have to wait in line for... 10 minutes even though they have a pick up station. They keep all of the Togo orders behind the cashier and when you ask foryour food they get mad at you and tell you to get in line even though you can see your food prepared. Ridiculous. Read more

I was out with a friend from NY and I wanted her to try Zaxby's.... she had never even heard of the place...but I wanted her to... try something different and zaxbys is usually delicious right?!? I now regret taking her to this particular location. After weput in our order. We sat down and talked. I know we waited about 30-40 minutes for our food. There were maybe 3 customersbefore us. I had to go to the counter several times to check to see if they had called our names. Well when we finally got ourfood there must have been about 15 ppl standing around waiting on food. Truly the worst Zaxby's I've ever been to. Consistently slow, never once had an order without at least 1 thing wrong. Rather... that putting the slaw in cups, they just dump the slop in with the sauce and mix it all up assuming that they didn't forget toinclude it. Read more

Dirty drying machine. They do not clean it. Literally has stains of sodas covering it. Oh you ordered a specific item. Window service is horrible. Got there at 9:15pm knowing it will close at 10. Figured since there was a line, they would send... someone out to cut the line off out of consideration for the customer. After 5 minutes I was inside the no turn around zone.9:30 I was sitting at the microphone with two cars behind me. At 9:35 an employee comes out to take out the trash. K thought tomyself well if they wasn't taking anymore people. He would have said something.
