I ordered 4 pcs finger plate and they gave me the five pcs wings and frys. They told me to come back but I didn't have time. How... could they mess up the order that somebody took my food and I got the other person food and I am sure that I paid more then whatI got. Read more
I was out with a friend from NY and I wanted her to try Zaxby's.... she had never even heard of the place...but I wanted her to... try something different and zaxbys is usually delicious right?!? I now regret taking her to this particular location. After weput in our order. We sat down and talked. I know we waited about 30-40 minutes for our food. There were maybe 3 customersbefore us. I had to go to the counter several times to check to see if they had called our names. Well when we finally got ourfood there must have been about 15 ppl standing around waiting on food. Our tenders were hot and good but the wings were cold,the fries were soggy and cold, and there was no seasoning on the fries. It seemed like a lot of mismanagement and chaos at thisplace. Read more
Truly the worst Zaxby's I've ever been to. Consistently slow, never once had an order without at least 1 thing wrong. Rather... that putting the slaw in cups, they just dump the slop in with the sauce and mix it all up assuming that they didn't forget toinclude it. Read more
