I get that you want to close early on Sunday, but if your a burrito place then don't shut down the stuff to make burritos. Shut... down everything else, but leave the burrito line open or turn off the open sign. I guess you could charge people to come in andeat food from other restaurants and sit in those comfy booths, but then just get a sign that says "The restaurant is open butits bring your own food".
