Came to this location once again and around 8-10 the staff always says the system is down because they do not want to work this... has been going on almost a year now and it is very fustrating that they do this. Customers complain about this all the time. Ifthey?re not saying the system is down they will turn off the lights and act as if the store is closed. So many of the door dashorders had to be cancelled. This needs to be addressed and new management should be there. Read more
I went for breakfast. They didn?t have the NEW French toast sticks, nor did they have any specialty lemonades or orange... juice. When I received my food, my honey chicken biscuit was hot, and my potatoes were cold. The biscuit tasted like powderydough! I asked for light ice for my drink, and I received NO ICE. Then I was charged extra for the drink; I did it ask for anupsized drink!!! Lady at the drive-thru window wasn?t very pleasant to come across! She seemed to have awaken on the wrong sideof the bed. All the workers are lazy and lack customer service tremendously! If drive through is backed up they will lie and say they just... closed the inside because they don?t want to take your orders. Then you wait get your food and it?s cold!!! Quality is horrible.It?s a shame we have to drive far in other community?s to get good service from restaurants! If I could give this place a half a star I would. The manager was so rude and his attitude is so nasty. He refused to give me... his name but he works the night shift. If your attitude is like that about a customer telling you your coming off aggressivelyover your store being out of fruit punch you don?t need to be around people. Not to mention I?m asking for an honest kids drinkfor the kids meal and your talking to me about fruit punch. Then have the audacity to ?ok girl? and high five and employee. Ifmy kids hadn?t have wanted this food I would have asked for my money back. Usually never eat fast food. However I just moved not to far from this location. With that I don?t have any transportation so I... decided to dine in or at least I thought. I thought they were open. Both doors were locked. Manager never approached but gave methe ?slice neck gesture? that they weren?t open without any explanation. I asked for a Corporate number from the co-worker butshe decided to lie and said they didn?t have one, I worked at Wendy?s in high school so I just laughed. This is just morereasons why I don?t eat fast food. This store needs Undercover Boss to expose this sandwich dump they call a restaurant. Iwouldn?t recommend this location. Read more
Well I'm glad they use fresh eggs but please keep the egg shell. Fortunately I always look at my food before eating it and... caught this shell but unfortunately she'll was broken up all through the egg. Could not eat my sandwich once I got into theoffice. Applesauce it is this morning. Read more
I pulled into the drive through at first and a sign was there on the mic box that stated they did not take Apple Pay, Google... Pay, or Samsung Pay at that particular location. It was weird but that was fine with me since I had my physical card. The nextthing that happened as I was looking at the menu is the person on the mic said "we're only taking orders inside", in my head Isaid, "that's weird", again because the mic worked perfectly fine and when I walked in I observed more than enough people toplace an order. As I walked in I went straight to the bathroom and there were kids in there, which was fine. The bathroom waspretty clean and had soap and napkins. I washed and headed to order my food. There were other people in line and not a longwait. When I placed my order I asked for fresh fries and a burger, the person who took my order seemed to be the shift managerand clearly said aloud fresh fries to the fry cook. I paid with my card and waited for my order. My order was out in under 5minutes which was pretty good then I got Ketchup and walked to the car. When I was getting ready to leave I ate a fry and whatdo you know, cold as ice. As if I didn't ask for fresh fries, smh. I had to walk back in and ask them to cook fresh fries inwhich the manager had no problem and even stated to the girl working over there that he had asked for fresh fries. I got myfresh fry, thanked them and headed back to the car. I figured my sandwich was good but was thrown off as I was eating and drooleither came from my mouth or the sandwich. I threw it away and spit it out immediately bc I did not want to assume. This couldbe a great location but I believe because of where it is, they have chosen to not care and that's sad.
