Slow service. I heard one worker say multiple times they didn't know how to do what they were being asked to do. Coke freestyle... machine was mostly empty, and everything was flat. Our food was made incorrectly, but it wasn't worth the hassle asking for itto be fixed. No condiments/napkins available, so we had to ask and wait for them, and were handed gross, dirty ketchup packetsthat were stuck together. Drive through guy was not very customer oriented. He was on his personal phone. Had to ask for cream and sugar for my coffee a... few times. I ordered two croissants, breakfast of course. I ordered bacon sausage egg cheese croissant and sausage egg andcheese. No sausage on one of them no stirrer for my coffee no napkins or anything. The lobby is closed due to management refusing to work the front register in the lobby . Was told no cashier was available and... to stand in the drive thru line,with the cars,which is very dangerous, by the way,if your standing with minor children. Hoursfrom 8 am till 1030am you MUST STAND IN THE DRIVE THRU LANE TO ORDER. VERY UNSAFE AND and I must ask,does Corporation Stockholders know what's really going on? I NEVER post negative experiences but this location takes the #1 worst (not) fast food lunch ever. We waited nearly an HOUR... for our order. The manager wasn't refunding people. They kept losing orders and filing orders out of line. When food cameit wasn't right (special requests were ignored) and fries were cold... people were complaining and management didn't care. They need to be call slow food and not fast food. Taste of food was good this time, but there were no condiments in the bag. So not to be messed up this was my first time since I moved to Georgia going to this Wendy's or any Wendy's at all.. and what I... got in my chili is sickening I got a bunch of cannoli beans which doesn't belong in chili and leftover hamburger... The wait is definitely too long. Staff is definitely unorganized. Chicken nuggets are old and the burgers are never hot it's... always room temperature... Fries are great. Read more
