First off I went to waffle house on candler flat shoals , I believe that was my first mistake . Upon arrival at 3am I noticed... the door was closed and locked. Then the cook came to the window and said u have to order from your car . Then he says he can'ttake orders cause he is the cook. I said who gone take my order then. He said I have to wait 15 minutes till that person wasdone with a smoke break ???? . After 22 minutes the girl I guess that was smoking came in to take orders by this time it was 5cars sitting n parking lot. I didn't notice the girl at first so by time I got out my car 3 over weight individuals had got nline before me. I didn't mind I had already been waiting. Ok so I order my all-star with added city ham for $3.50 and said Iwanted grits not hash browns. Once my order came I didn't have city ham I had county ham Wich cost double the price of the cityham add on. So I said it's cool I'll eat it I've already waited an hour outside in the cold . I should have checked my foodbetter because I didn't have my grits I had hash browns so now I had to wait another 5mins for grits Wich I thought they alreadyhave prepared and warming guess I was wrong. I dislike that experience very much and I'm never going back just thought I'd sharethis story with you guys .... Usually I have a horrible experience at Waffle House but this time I had one Of the best experience. Not only was my food hot... and seasoned to perfection , but it came out pretty fast despite all of the chaos that was going on . My food wasn?t thrown inthe containers like they normally are . My server Mari gave me the best costumer service , she gave me that Chick-fil-A customerservice and you NEVER receive that at any Waffle House . She Made sure every condiment I asked for was in the bag and utensils.Over all, if I?m going to eat Waffle House , I?m only going to this location because all the other ones don?t service you thisfood . Went there today for breakfast. Coffee was not hot, table was dirty, syrup container was very sticky. Server didn't attempt to... clean it up. Meal itself was awesome but I will go to another location because this location is NOT that clean. PLEASE DOBETTER. ???????? Read more

Employees sit around while a table is filled with dirty dishes. The grits had so much butter in them that you could swim in it.... We were the only ones here and it took them 10 mins to get our drink order. The eggs came out wrong. Try to avoid this WaffleHouse. Read more
