Stood outside for 15 minutes in the cold at 3:30 a.m. while they could see me but would not acknowledge me. After 15 minutes in... the cold they finally yelled from behind the counter "online orders only". Put a note on the window or something but alsothey're just hella rude for no reason. Unfortunately, it's sad that you can't actually go in, set and enjoy your meal at a Waffle house. I suppose this is due to... security reasons and that's the sad part. I think it's greatly affecting the service and quality of the food imo. Read more
I had an amazing experience my first time here in ATL at my first Waffle House my waitress was so sweet she had on glass tall... and thick with black hair she made sure I was okay my food was on point for my first time definitely will be back again ???? Read more
Usually it's a 5 star rating for this location but apparently after breakfast there's no personality nor manners depending upon... who it is. I'll change it back to 5 when I go at a time when I know I should have better service. Read more
I am so sorry that this review did not have a zero. First of all when we enter the building my husband and I went to sit down at... one of the boots. One of the mail servers With his pants sagging looking crazy told us to wait until the table was clean. Thisguy have us waiting more that 20 minutes. And would not clean the table or ask someone else to do it. He just ignore us. Whenfinally we took up on ourselves to go and sit down. The waitress that came to our table took so long with everything. Theninstead of her using a tray like you suppose to do. She brought the four plates in her hand wish make her fingers touch thefood. The whole place was nasty. It seems like it hadn't been clean. I love to eat at waffle house. But we wont put our footback to this particular place. It was a disaster. Friendly staff but slow service. Weird restaurant policy: no dinning in and take out only. You have to wait outside. I... understand if it?s during the pandemic, but it still does this as March 2022? Meanwhile employees already got off the masks. Read more

Don?t order online. They charge more if you order online. Grits bowl in person (to go) is $10.25. The exact same order online is... $11.26. It?s this way for both the Columbia Drive and Covington Hwy locations. Read more
