Terrible customer service. Came here this afternoon for raspberry cheesecake cookies. I walked in and the cashier was too busy... talking loud on her phone to see that a customer had walked in. Which is whatever. When eventually asked, I told her whichspecific cookies that I wanted. I noticed her fumbling through each cookie tray to find the correct cookies, so I assumed that Icould look away while I paid and would get what I asked for. She placed my cookies on the counter and walked back towards thefront to continue her conversation. I blew it off and left the building. Only to see that I received the wrong cookies when Igot home. May have been my fault for not checking before I left, but the customer service here stills sucks. Read more
I have tuna on Italian bread with all the trimmings. It's fresh and low calories. It taste very good.
I had a 6" meat ball marinara sub with assorted toppings. It was very good and I was able to dine in. Fortunately I was the only... patron to dine in at that time. Social distancing was accomplished. Great service..BUT..Dirty bathroom. Trash overflowing. No soap for hand washing. Diarrhea hit me within an hour. The nail in the... coffin was the knife blade my coworker found stuck to the underside of his cookie after he took a bite! They?re lucky he wasn?tinjured. Read more
Horrible service. I feel disrespected. They closed 13 minutes early two times. I cannot believe how lazy these people working... there are. I work in the food industry you CANNOT do that. How sad... The door was unlocked but sign was off. My friend postedon here as well. Not only were we put down a second time, but they were rude that we went into the store, but they were rudetowards us as if we were inconveniencing them. This is rediculous, and guess what? We are at Taco Bell 10 minutes away when allwe wanted was a subway sandwich and cookies. I also am just going to say I have come far with myself, because I would haveflipped out. Well I?m left with no choice, but to at least give one star, but they don?t even deserve that. Absolutely horrible service!! It... is not my first, but second attempt to get a sub at this location and yet again my friend and I were turned down once again asecond time because we were 13 minutes before closing. Yet the door was unlocked and the sign says 9pm. This really puts a badtaste in my mouth with subway and their customer service. Never again. Read more
There was a girl making my sandwich she had blonde braids and a green jacket on. She was highly unsanitary, her jacket was dirty... and I noticed every time she leaned forward her jacket would touch my sandwich. I?ll avoid going to that subway for now on, butif I do go I?ll just make sure she?s not the one making my sandwich. Read more
