Do not pay with card here, they add tip without authorization. Bag of chips were soggy and wet inside.

I am giving this location 5 stars within the context of "quick sandwich shop". Subway, in general, is not going change your life... with the quality of their sandwiches but this location is very quick, clean, and efficient for a shop in this class. Amazing. First there is no effort to communicate with the customer. This seams family owned, and they are much more interested... in arguing among themselves, and they will just make whatever features for your sandwich they decide. Decides on their own todouble meat. Decide on her own to cover with lettuce. When corrected and requested it to be removed, my chef loudly yelled "ohmy god!" Second, they tried to sneak a handful of shredded mozerella from a Kroger bag in place of fresh mozzarella slicesafter telling me it has an increased price. The two employees making sandwiches wore gloves, only one wore a mask. Otheremployees behind them handled food without gloves though, topping off the vegetables rather than rotating out the containersalso!! This was the last straw. Incredible. Terribly incompetent at best, fraudulent at worst. Spend 3 mins and drive up NorthDecatur to visit one that isn't a family trying to scam you, or too busy watching videos in the back. Read more

I don?t understand the bad reviews. We came in we were served immediately the workers were very kind and responsive. The food... looked very fresh and our food was delicious. And this review is coming from a very cranky pregnant woman lol great location Read more

Visited Sep 22, 2021 around 11am. Found slime in my fountain drink after I drank most of it (checked, and it was NOT backwash--... it was pink and jello-like). Seemed to be attached to the ice and likely came from the ice dispenser. In most cases, slime or alittle mold in the fountain is not life-threatening or very dangerous, but for some populations it can be. I didn't discoverthe slime until I was home with my beverage, and their answering machine is full. Didn't get a chance to talk with storedirectly about this, so I'm posting this review in hopes that the owners will see it and clean the fountain AND the ice makersoon. Otherwise, our visit was good-- kind staff, quick service. But it's impossible to ignore something so gross. Read more

I found it interesting that they do not take coupons! There are coupons all over....after trying a second and third stop with... the same results....I went home and made my own sub???? is there a list that indicate what shop will take their coupons? I finally realized why? Check it out for yourself. You may see it differently. Read more

I Absolutely love getting my Subway from there. Everything is fresh and visually appealing and made exactly as requested. The... staff changed gloves frequently and no unnecessary talking over my sandwich. :) Read more

Wouldn't accept my coupon, which I can understand. I've been in business where I had to turn down customers. But don't wave your... hand at me and tell me that I'll have to go to "a slower Subway." It was pretty rude. Rather, apologize for the disappoinment,offer an alternative (especially since we'd already made up two sandwiches), and in the future put up an obvious sign explainingthe policy before we get to the end of the process. Much respect for any business doing so well, but the execution was lacking.This was my second time at this location, but there won't be a third. Read more
