Employees and manager Very rude. This was my first time at this store. Store number #4351-0. I asked to use the restroom which... states paying customers ONLY. The manager rudely told me to go to another store if I need to use the restroom. The cashierproceeds to tell me that they have been robbed. A situation that has nothing to do with me. I am a loyal patron of subway, Ihave never been treated this poorly. I demand that these employees change their outlook on the community in which they areserving. It?s not fair to hard working people in the area to be forced to experience this type of treatment from a company whichwe look to for higher quality of customer service. The sandwich was decent but the customer service is the worst. Thry lady has a SMART talk back mouth and i promise you i was... kind. I promised myself the last time was it. The tea machine looked dirty and alk the cookies were burnt smh. I put that oneverythanggg this time. They false advertising on the avocado and then say it's not their fault. Who works there. Then theydon't even know what goes on the sandwiches. You had to holler for the one lady to hear you and she seemed aggravated. Eventheir own people walked out without ordering. First time here in a long time. Located off of Memorial Drive in Decatur, next to This is it. Very clean, and friendly staff. Of... course the prices have gone up, and they have plexiglass on top of the glass. The app didn't work, it kept saying sorry we can'tfind this location and I was sitting in front of the building. Didn't even get to try the sub but didn't seem great. First off they cheat you on the veggies they don't put the amount their... suppose to and to to it or they put the smallest cucumbers ever. Imagine for small cucumbers on a footlong. Then they sayrestroom is it of order. They don't even have a sign on it. And all the workers just sitting down in the lobby playing in theirphones. I didn't even buy my sub just cause they made a scene about me wanting to use a coupon. I had the money to pay it andmore but they chose to basically mistreat me for not showing it when i started the order. So i walked out after they treated meas if i didn't understand English. I went here tonight and I got a sub.. when I got home and bit into it it was so nasty. The product didn't taste good at all .... Then when my sandwich was made she barely put meat on it. I paid for extra meat only to be disappointed in the food. I wasbetter off eating McDonald's. I won't be going back ????????. Money completely wasted! Read more
This location is horrible. The 1st time I came, a few months ago, I had to have the lady change gloves TWICE! Once after... handling the previous customers cash, and then she touched her face mask with the new pair she put on. Today the lady wasdiligent about glove/mask hygiene but look at this skimpy sandwich!! I ordered a veggie delight and there's NOTHING "delightful"about it. 4 slices of cucumber 3 slices of cheese and 3 slices of tomato on a footlong!!
