FIRST AND LAST TIME COMING TO THIS LOCATION!!! I went to the Starbucks inside of the Kroger on N Decatur Rd today. There?s a big... sign in front that says ?no hot drinks?. I got to the counter and ordered a ?PINK DRINK? the young lady at the counter starts tolaugh. After an awkward silence she asks ?did you say cappuccino?? Now why I order that when there?s a big sign that says NO HOTDRINKS?? I then repeated ?PINK DRINK? again, paid and even put a dollar in the tip jar. These girls are clearly still in highschool so they could use the extra money. I get to the end and the other young lady puts my drink down and stands with her armsfolded and said ?her arms are long enough? I grabbed my drink and took my dollar back out the jar. Absolutely terribleservice!!! But what you do expect from a bunch high school kids. Judging from the previous negative reviews, it looks likemanagement is aware and ignoring their staffing issues. Don?t go here the girl working here name samana or savana for real bad attitude. The store timings are 8:30pm and now it?s 7:52... but she?s saying they?re closed and started arguing about it. Freaking hate it l. Just drove here for 15 min to get myself cupof coffee and I I get this back in response. Can?t expect from Starbucks employees. Read more
