FIRST AND LAST TIME COMING TO THIS LOCATION!!! I went to the Starbucks inside of the Kroger on N Decatur Rd today. There?s a big... sign in front that says ?no hot drinks?. I got to the counter and ordered a ?PINK DRINK? the young lady at the counter starts tolaugh. After an awkward silence she asks ?did you say cappuccino?? Now why I order that when there?s a big sign that says NO HOTDRINKS?? I then repeated ?PINK DRINK? again, paid and even put a dollar in the tip jar. These girls are clearly still in highschool so they could use the extra money. I get to the end and the other young lady puts my drink down and stands with her armsfolded and said ?her arms are long enough? I grabbed my drink and took my dollar back out the jar. Absolutely terribleservice!!! But what you do expect from a bunch high school kids. Judging from the previous negative reviews, it looks likemanagement is aware and ignoring their staffing issues.
