This was the worst experience. This Sonic has been out of milkshakes since last year. Instead of covering the milkshakes or... making a sign to let patrons know, you get to the window and you get all these excuses? machine broke? out of ice cream? for ayear?!!! This type of thing wouldn?t happen in a white neighborhood. You try and support businesses in your community and thisis the type of stuff you deal with. To add insult to injury they gave me the wrong order and of course I didn?t find out until Igot home. Never again will I patronize this Sonic. If you value your money and time go elsewhere. They don?t deserve a star?0 iswhat you get!!! Read more

For a while a guy was running the whole store. He was taking the orders and preparing the food. Must admit he was doing a bang... up job because I went 2 days in a row and both times my order came out correctly and piping hot. That guy deserves a raise. Read more

I can?t speak for the other reviews but I just got an order and this place rocked. I placed an online order for a couple burgers... for breakfast (which usually takes a little longer) and they had it ready in the drive-through when I pulled up. I did not haveto wait at all, that was awesome. Read more

While my food was pretty good, they did not carry what I came for. On the app and on commercials they have new fritos wraps. The... lady at the window was not clear if they were out or will not be selling them at all. Also their 2 for $5 deal was differentthan the app. Read more

Horrible! I got the chicken tender dinner. Asked for fries, they gave me tots- not the end of the world BUT my toast looked... like someone bit it then put it in the box. The tenders were rubbery and tasted old. Read more

Wow. Just too many let downs. First we walk up to order in the covered area where the benches are. Press the red button and wait... for 10 min. Finally somebody walks out and says you can only order through the drive-through. The can sitting out there of colt45 malt liquor was a red flag. When they open the drive-through window so I can pay the strong smell of marijuana rolled rightout. No customer service or courtesy just a bunch of low class kids working here. The outdoor bathroom was locked so I asked ifI could take my three year old to the bathroom and the employee offered to take my child inside but I could not go. How insaneis that. Stay away. Poor customer service is an understatement!!! I order a kid's grill cheese meal with a sprite no ice & tater tots, I also wanted... a milk shake & mozzarella sticks they stated the machine wasn't working and I could get four mozzarella sticks when menu stated5 sticks for $3.19. Smh I passed on the four. Got to the window there was no gretting just given the total of my meal$4.31...no apology for the inconvenience..I said thank you & pulled away once receiving my order and of course it was wrong Ihad a barely filled contrainer of old fries instead of tater tots..smh I did not waste the time to go back to have itcorrected...sometimes you just have to pick your battles and dealing negative energy was not what I was up for lastnight. Please do better with your employee's customer service skills improvement is desperately needed at this store on CandlerRoad. Read more

I love the Nerd Slushie at Sonic's. I had a long 12hr shift and wanted Sonic's to eat. But they let me down. My Jumbo Popcorn... chicken was cooked to a crisp. Very crunchy not meaty. On a scale 1 to 10 The onion rings were a 7. But my beautiful, tastystrawberry flavor nerd slushy was done wrong, it wasn't strawberry flavored. I was devastated. Read more
