Service at this location sucks!!! Not only were we rushed to place our orders(couldn't complete a sentence w/o being cut off).... "What else! and I heard you the 1st time!" must've been used about 10 times by the order taker. Only to get our orders to beWRONG. If she would've just slowed down enough to listen instead of overtalking and rushing... I know our lil 17.64 doesn'tmatter to Popeyes in these areas however it seems to matter a bit more in the Buford locations. Popeyes serves good food . That?s not the issue . The issue at this location is the WAIT TIME. I pulled into the line at 5:50pm.... It is now 6:52pm. And I still haven?t made it to the pick up window. There are people literally pulling out of the line becauseit?s so slow. I wasted so much gas just idling here. I don?t know what?s going on inside this location but I hope in the futurethe service could be faster . This is the SLOWEST fast food EVER !! Read more

I've had better experiences at other locations. Food was cold. I ordered online and they didn't have everything I ordered. I... understand they cannot give refunds for online orders, but they didn't even know how to advise me on what to do next, nor didthey offer me any alternatives. Read more

This location is hit or miss. Not very consistent with quality of food/ temperature of food/ and amount of food. Today was that... day for a miss. Got a side of Mac and cheese for 1st time. Its an up charge of 50 cents for that. But they didn't even fill upmy cup. It didn't even touch the sides of the cup! It sat in a small scoop in the middle of the cup. 2 spoonfuls and it wouldhave been gone. Very disappointed. The workers wouldn't fix their sides like that if they were eating it. So why would theyserve a customer like that...Gave 2 stars because the chicken and shrimp were hot & fresh out the grease today. Read more

Waited on fresh chicken just for them to forget my order. Was more busy lock/unlock the door so it won't be a lot of customers.... Chicken was cool but do better on your customers service. Read more

They should disclose at the start of placing an order that they have no condiments. They actually have been out of condiments... every time I have visited the location.. I am a person that can not eat shrimp without cocktail sauce or fried chicken withouthot sauce.. and the line is always long after a long days work who wants to go get fast food and to the grocery store for my owncondiments... Thursday evening on my way to work I went to the driver thru and ordered a 2 piece meal. I did not check my bag once I arrived... to work I opened my food and saw a 2 piece wing with the smallest leg you could find with a broken bone. I called the store andtold the manager and told her I wouldn't be able to come today I'll come tomorrow to have my meal replaced. She said I wouldhave to bring the meal back and the receipt. Being that I am hungry I'll have to eat the two wings and take experence and learnfrom the bad customer service. Chick-fil-a would never. Read more
