I beg of you! please do not buy any pizzas or any of the other food items from this Pizza Hut location your health may be... compromise. On Saturday 11/26/22 I place an online order for 4 pizzas to be picked up at 11:00 am. I got there got my 4 Pizzasand headed to my destination and hour away from the pizza store. When I open the pizza boxes for the event I was attending, Iwas disgusted with what I receive. I will let the pictures speak for themselves the pizzas dough look horrible not cook tospecification. I couldn't return them the same day, so I went back to the store the next day Sunday 11/27/22 and I spoke withKatherine Bailey the General Manager. I share my concerns with her and my dissatisfaction with the pizzas and I told her that Iwanted a full refund. Her response to me was she couldn't give me a refund because in her eyes the pizzas where fully cook. Iwas lost for words seriously? The Store manager the individual responsible for proper training, food inventory, product qualitycontrol, she allowed those pizzas to be serve and sold under her supervision and don't see the issue with the pizzas? So nowshe got me questioning the freshness of her pizza products especially the pizza dough are they expire? her actions andattitude, clearly tells me she don't care about the quality and freshness of the food products being cook and sold under hersupervision. Therefore she's putting my health, your health at risk whenever we buy from this store. Also Pizza Hut Corporateshould be hold accountable as well for allowing this horrible service to continue with hundredths of complaints already on file what is going to take a food poisoning lawsuit? Ordered delivery at 7:13 PM through the app, pulled up at the actual location at 10:45PM when my order had still not arrived and... nobody would answer the phone. There was a woman inside but all lights were off even though the closing hours posted are 11PM.She said her name was Kathryn, that she was the supervisor, but was absolutely no help whatsoever. I was not the only personthat had come looking for their order and had waited hours. Absolutely do not give this place your business. Read more
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. ORDER WAS NEVER DELIVERED AND WAS PUT ON HOLD MULTIPLE TIMES AND THEN HUNG UP ON. We had to call... corporate to request a refund so we will see if that even happens. I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. We havenever had an issue with Domino's or Marcos so order from those places before considering this. Probably best to just get afrozen pizza. This place used to be great and the service was above what you would expect from a typical pizza place. But I don't know when It... all went down hill. The service has been atrocious. The people in the kitchen/front don't make it look like they are beingforced to work. My visit today was to pick up an order that was made 30 minutes before my arrival. I got there and the lobby wasfilled with customers and no one was tending to them as the staff were in the back doing their own thing. People would come inand leave without no one helping them. I had to wait for them to help me for 20 minutes because my order was made and paid foronline. I tried asking for help but everyone was like someone will be with you in a minute. This went on for 20 minutes. Andeven then my order was not ready. I will never be back here. I hope management get thier act together before they had to closethe place for good. And for the customer, if you value your time, go to a different spot and avoid this one. Read more
I ordered the big dinner box with wings and a side of chicken Alfredo pasta. They called to tell me they were out of Alfredo... sauce so I asked for the veggie pasta. They ended up cancelling the entire order. When we got there, we had to order again. Butguess what? When we got home with the food, they conveniently forgot the wings. Ordered at 7:46pm. Store was 6 min away, yet took 1hr 45min to get it. Pizza was cold. Wings were soggy. My soda was hot. They... didnt provide a receipt. And they didnt bring it to my hotel room; they made me meet them in the lobby. I tip well but This isunacceptable. Also, I require a receipt for company expenses, so this is very irritating. If I could Id take back my tip I wouldin a heartbeat. Read more
This restaurant is very unprofessional with the staff sitting around laughing talking and playing order was ready at 7:20 got... there at 8 and called for curbside pickup and nobody was answering then someone pick up and then hung up and then I called backagain and they said it will be out in 15 mins no one came and then I went inside and the employee said nobody told me there wasa curbside pick up and so he handed me the food and the cheese sticks I ordered was breadsticks and they were burnt and then thewings were not in my pizza box so I said something and he made it and that?s how they looked then the sauce was expired and thebox had a lot of burnt stuff in box and I didn?t leave the restaurant into 9:25 and I arrived at 8pm smh Read more
Ordered a BBQ beef brisket pizza. Was given a BBQ beef pizza. 25 minutes wait to get a gross pizza. They forgot to add my wings.... No napkins offered or additional toppings. Read more
