10am on a Sunday. Perhaps 6 people ahead of me inside. Ordered and paid for 2 black coffees and 2 carmel mochas at one of the... kiosks. No receipt was provided. Waited 15 minutes. Someone finally came to our table to tell us the mocha machine was broken. I said ok, can you just bring the other 2 coffees and refund me for the 2 mochas? The employee walked off. Never came back. At10:30 we had to leave. There were now ~10 people in line ahead of me. Never saw that employee again. McDonalds has my $9 and wewere never served. Beyond pathetic. Read more
I can't believe this place is still open. The worst ever! Girl at drive-thru with kool-aid red hair is the worst person ever.... The owner must be on drugs. Absolutely ridiculous. Waited well over 50 minutes in the drive-thru line for three items - one drink and two pies - that I... ordered on the App 15 mins prior to when I even entered the line. There were only 10 cars ahead of me - 3 of which were luckyenough to maneuver between the lane guide poles and get the heck out of there. If you are employed by McDonald's and don't haveenough self-respect and common decency to produce your best work product for them - despite whatever feelings of superiority youmay have about yourself, feelings of inferiority you may have about the company or any misguided belief that the world revolvesaround you - please do everyone a favor and motivate yourself enough to resign and pursue another career that is more reflectiveof your skillset. First - couldn?t see drive through menu because the screen was so dark a cover on it like tinted windows plus sunshine block... somethings on it, the burgers were okay at first-but after you get it home to reheat ?it becomes too hard, only one minuteheat. Look... I don't eat McDonald's. Let me start by saying that. Every once in a red moon I'll get breakfast from them. If I have my... choice it'll be literally anything else before McDonalds. So imagine me actually deciding to try a new item and receiving thepoorest form of that item that can exist... Kinda solidifies my practice of not patronizing them, no? I tried their spicychicken sandwich and what I received was disrespectful! If I wasn't deathly hungry I would have demanded my money back! I willsay this, the times I have been here for breakfast the morning crew is great for the most part. They're energetic andaccommodating and the manager seems like he's about his business! But this?!
