Stood at the counter for 15 minutes before I was helped. Staff was rude and not trained on McDonald's products. Asked for the 50... nuggets for $10 which I've ordered there before, and the cashier said they didn't have it and acted offended that I even asked.This place is only 1/2 mile from my house, but never going there again. I can see now why they are sending out coupons. No onewants to be treated like garbage just to get some pressed chicken. Read more
Drive thru is speedy most of the time!! They are good with getting your order correct. And when you order the iced coffee they... don't forget the caramel or the sweetener but other McDonald's give you unsweetened black iced coffee???? but this McDonald'siced coffee is???? Read more
For the last six visit to this location, they have been getting my order wrong, leaving out items as well as nasty attitude when... confronted about it. I?ve tried looking pass this type of customer service but it has become hard to over look when yourspending your money at a restaurant, not receiving what you order or sometimes giving you half of an order as well as nastyattitudes. The owner might wanna start looking for new and more responsible workers before they find themselves being sued oreven having to close their restaurant. Read more
I hate this McDonald's. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Its good the building was remodeled but the staff needs a remodel... too, a complete over haul is definitely needed. Both times I've been to this location the dinning room was locked at 3pm. I sawan employee standing in the door playing with keys. When asked if the dinning room was open. She replied she was opening it now.But stood in the door another 5 mins or so. I just left. The drive thru line was wrapped around the building as usual and movedvery slow. The employees do not care. Unlike every McDonald's in this area, this mcd's is great. All the workers are polite, yes, polite! The food was hot and came... quick. When they're were no costumers in line, the cashier went out and started sweeping and refilling stuff me the drinks. Ohyeah, the dining room is clean. Foods usually pretty good here but this is the third time I've come by during lunch time and the drive-thru was wrapped and saw... employees wasting time. This one was the worst and that's why I'm leaving the review. Drive-thru is completely wrapped aroundthe building and to the front door and these two are just outside casually having a smoke while we all wait in line when theycould be helping the process. It's just unnerving when the customer has to sit in a long line and they see what appears to beemployees wasting time. The service is usually pretty good at this location and I'm happy with the ladies over the intercom inin the window that's why it's a three-star review and not at 2 or 1. Awful. It smelled like stale urine when I walked in. My English muffin felt like a brick. Super hard and when I asked for it to... be remade the manager squeezed a few times then snatched it outta my hand. They were listening to trap music and really loud!Having personal conversations which contained a huge amount of profanity. Mind you it was 6am. Other customers were waiting forlong periods of time for their orders. The restroom ???? was extremely deplorable, disgustingly dirty with stuff ( that lookedlike feces) on the walls in the stalls ????. I couldn't even was my hands in the sink.
