Most disgusting one I?ve ever been too. People cussing so loudly it can be heard from the lobby. I tried to pick up my DoorDash... order inside and was told to go thru drive thru. Only to be told I need to come inside. When I did come back in I heard thestaff boldly talking about me and how ?stupid? I was. Nobody was in dress code. Men upfront had their underwear visibly out andscratching themselves. Store smelt like dirty mop water and had trash everywhere. Everyone avoid this McDonald?s like theplague. Read more
The service at this McDonald is world class HORRIBLE.... I don't believe there is another fast restaurant for that matter, any... restaurant as bad as this. I order a combo meal and waited while 25 minutes, as they serviced six other customers who came afterme. When I finally complained they cashier screwed up the order even more. Giving me Coke instead of the sweet tea I ordered.Cold burger than was sitting for over 20 minutes. Not giving me the correct combo size that I paid for. Then when I ask to speakwith the Manager. She thought throwing some refried French fries in my bag remedied the situation. I will be calling my creditcard company for a chargeback Read more
This is a 24 hour establishment. However. You'll be lead to beleive they're closed when you pull up to drive through after the... sunsets or before it rises. As noone comes to the speaker for minutes at a time. 3rd time over the course of 2 months coming todrive thru between 2 or 4 am and waiting over 4 minutes before myself and other cars pull off. This particular morning I pulledup to the speaker waited and pulled around to the window where a drive thru employee was handing a door dash order to a customerat the window. I pulled up to the window and asked if they were closed as I'd been waiting at the drive thru speaker to begreeted - responded to for 4 1/2 minutes. The drive thru attended said they were open just short staffed. I drove back aroundto the speaker and was told they don't have the breakfast burritos and other breakfast items that are ON THE MENU Board. Overall1 star for my 3rd visit and experience. I would not recommend this location for food, taste, customer service. . Yeah keepdriving family. To another location. Or just scrambled some eggs at home. Read more
Sat here for over 30 minutes. No one ever came to the speaker. Pulled around to the window to see what was going on. Employees... kept walking by the window. They sent a an employee over and he opens the window and doesn?t say anything. So I ask him if it?san issue or why they weren?t taking anybodies order. He says oh we?re not taking any more orders tonight. There are literallyover 10 cars in the drive through and not one of your employees has the decency to notify the customers? He then proceeds to say?I thought the manager was telling everybody over the speaker??. I?m not sure how you thought that when you have a parking lotfull of cars waiting to order. The restaurant is full of teenagers who are scattered around the parking lot or either justwalking around the restaurant doing nothing. They also have music blasting inside like they?re in a club. I would give them a 0 if I could. I am continually disappointed with this location. Unfortunately it's not far from my child's... dental office. I stopped there today. They cashed out a mobile order for a large frappe that I ordered then proceeded to tellme at the next window that they are out of frappes and I will have to pursue a refund through the mobile app. Nothing wasoffered in exchange for the item. It's ridiculous. Employees should know that the store is credited for a mobile app purchaseand are responsible for the refund. My recourse ends up being to email through the mobile app just for them to tell me to go tothe store. No-one answers when I try to call the store directly. Read more
The cashier was friendly and when I got to the pick up window the cashier was so nice and apologized for the smoothie machine... being down. She made sure I was satisfied with my substitute milk shake. Great customer service on a busy Saturday. Read more
We went here today on the way back from Atlanta. It was pretty early in the morning and we figured why not stop by McDonald's to... get breakfast...what would go wrong right? The food here was tolerable at least from the breakfast side I don't have anything tocomplain about despite the other reviewers. That said the location is really ghetto. There are multiple homeless people outsideon the benches or hanging out at the nearby gas station. The homeless people will hang outside of this McDonald's and even GOINSIDE AND ASK FOR MONEY while we were eating at a table. I've never had that happen to me before. I get it lifes hard out therebut seriously panhandling for money INSIDE THE RESTAURANT? We were asked for money immediately upon parking and again once wesat inside. Also the employees were very loudly talking in the back and oddly enough none of the menu displays had a signal sobasically you had to use the touchscreen to place a order. I can confidently say I'll never be back. Read more
