This McDonald?s was magical. Not only was everything hot and fresh, my nuggets were even lined up in nice little rows. The staff... at the drive thru was great and will definitely only be eating at this McDonald?s moving forward. Someone give the nuggetsperson a raise. I stopped into this McDonalds to order a large Americano. I initially ordered at the kiosk, selecting pay with cash at the... counter, but it didn't print my receipt. So I went up to the counter and asked if they received my order, and they says thekiosk didn't print my receipt because I chose the pay-at-the-counter option. They also told me I put sugar in my coffee orderwhen I didn't. So I asked for a large Americano with nothing in it, and I paid at the counter. I then wait ONE WHOLE HOUR toliterally get one coffee. On top of the fact that every number around me was called and mine wasn't. After the hour passes, Iask about my order and they told me I picked it up when I didn't. So thankfully they made me another Americano, but it shouldn'thave to take a long time to make an Americano. The manager was also extremely rude and didn't even apologize for her mistake.She also acted as if I was a distraction to her. Literally, the only thing I asked for was a large coffee, it wasn't like I wasasking for a full breakfast meal. Overall, I was highly dissatisfied with my service, and will not be returning to thislocation. Read more

This Is A Very Good McDonalds... The Customer Service Is Very Good For McDonalds... The Food Is Pretty Good As Well To Say It... Recieves Alot Of Business In The Drive-Thru, The Lobby Is Always Clean, There's In Indoor Playspace, The Music In The Lobby IsAlways Hip... Very POP. This has to be the most consistently mediocre McDonalds! But today I had an hankering for a burger and fries and hopes it would... be at least up to the usual McDonalds standards. When McDonalds' fries are hot, they are the best, but quickly lose theirappeal when not. Today at the drive through, my fries were tepid at best and my quarter pounder was only slightly warmer. Thiswas before the lunch rush at about 11:30am. The order taker/casher was very friendly and polite, but the employee who handed memy food could not be bothered to even say hello or you're welcome after being thanked! I ordered a cook to order meal an it was done in like 30 secs lol. Then gives me a half of slice of cheese on a fish sandwich... sad an pitiful. Every time I come to this Place something is wrong.
