Wow, Marcos. I've been ordering from you for years, tonight was really disappointing. We could not get the delivery option to... work online, so fine, we went for pick up although inconvenient. Upon arrival, I stood at the counter waiting and waitingwhile employees circulated to the front area w/o even a glance in my direction much less a "hello". Finally one asks if I havea take out order, to which I confirm. I'm handed my order with a cold stare, no smile, no thank you, nothing. So sorry Ibothered your staff tonight with my order. Love this Marcos, they wont deliver to my address directly even though im less than 5 miles but thats whatever, we order though... door dash and the menu selection and customize options are most disappointing, but after i submit my door dash order I call theMarcos and ask them to change the sauce on one of the pizzas to the white sauce for the order they just recieved. Horrible experience I ordered $60 worth of food at 7:45p which was dinner. I went to Walmart then arrived at 9:38p and at first... the two young ladies ask did I order already. I said sure and gave my name. Now they looked at each other then walked around thepick up table and ask for my name again, I told them. Then the lady says when did u order I said almost two hours ago. She saidoh we might have thrown it away! I asked her why when u have other orders still up there. She replied we didn't think u werecoming and we are closing soon. First of all they were still open, second they didn't throw everything away, third they haveofficially lost a loyal customer. Horrible experience last night. I ordered 2 10pc lemon pepper wings and a large sausage pizza CUT IN SQUARES. I even called to... reiterate CUT IN SQUARES. I ordered online for curbside the track my order said pickup ready so I waited for 15mins, I wentinside and showed my order said ready the cashier said it was not ready and I had 10 orders in front of me. I waited almost 30mins inside the store for my pizza to NOT be CUT IN SQUARES and also an order of my wings DID NOT have anything on them. Iopened the box and handed the cashier the receipt that says CUT IN SQUARES she apologized and went and cut the pizza in reallysmall strips ??????????? Hire more adults and less kids bc clearly they do not read and do what they want. Read more
