Waited forever to place an order, waited for a long time to get my food and it turned out it was made wrong. They remade it and... the result was horrible very sloppy and greasy. Read more
I'd give them a higher rating, but there's one consistent problem that plagues this location. There's not enough sauce on the... pizza. So you get less actual pizza that you expect and more cheese bread with a pizza centre. If I wanted Crazy Bread with apizza centre, I'd ask for it. If they're going to do this, they could give me a couple of dipping cups of tomato sauce to makeup for it. It's a shame because they do everything else really well. Also, too, apparently nobody gets hot n' ready anything atthis location, so you'll just have to use the app to get a fresh pizza made. But you want that anyway. Read more
They made a mistake on my order, which is no problem. The problem is when I called to see if I can fix issue over phone nobody... answered. I had to spend my time and gas to go back to store. They fixed my order but manager was not there to compensate forinconvenience. Read more
Have attempted to give this location several chances. They keep disappointing us. Closing early, being charged for order never... received to dry over cooked pizza (basically bread, no sauce,no cheese, no pep). Just can't do it again. Maybe it's us. I went to this store on June 16 at 9:55 PM. A sign posted on the window clearly says they close at 10PM. The door was locked;... the warmers were empty and turned off; and there was no staff in sight. After knocking for over a minute a staff memberappeared. She made a "throat-slashing" gesture indicating they were closed. I replied their posted hours stated otherwise. Sheignored me. I went to the official Little Caesar's website and wrote a brief message to their customer service departmentdescribing my experience and indicating my displeasure. I requested a response and never received one. I've worked as a managerin numerous customer service jobs, and I know that not maintaining consistent hours is unacceptable. Had I ever pulled somethinglike that I would have been looking for a new job. Clearly Little Caesar's has different priorities. The food is not very good,but it is cheap. However, it is not worth my time or the gas it takes to get there if I don't know whether I'll be served ornot. I do not expect Little Caesar's to change, but they will no longer get my business at any of their stores. Read more
Customer service is horrible. My deep dish wasn?t all the way cooked. I wanted it redone and they recooked the same pizza. It?s... still doughy. Sad, you should see the nasty looking windows. That should of game me a sign to not go in. Read more
