9/27/22 Update: Located on Lawrenceville highway next to the Home Depot and across the street from Dairy Queen. Down the street... from North DeKalb Mall. Went at night and they only had 2 people working. It must be a rule because I've been to another one andit was the same. They now have 6 for 6.19 and chicks aren't on that menu but they did go up to almost $3 a piece. The workerswere friendly and my food was fresh and hot. Food was great but the people were better!! What a friendly staff! Food was hot and fresh and D'Lish!! Even when we went to... leave we were picking up our trash on the table from eating and one of the nice ladies came over and took the trash from me (Iwish I would have took down her name) thank you to the entire staff!! The young lady in tge window was rude and seemed to have a bad attitude. She told me she didn't have change to give me my... change. She asked me to park and she would bring it out. She never did. When I went in to remind her of my change she yells to acoworker she just have to wait. She didn't give me a receipt. I gave her exact change so she could give me a dollar (yo help herout). She was still rude. She was rude to the gentleman after me because he told her his order was wrong. Nobody needs to losetheir job but, they need to do better. Read more

One star, but this location doesn't deserve any! This is by far the worst Krystal in the Atlanta area! I pull up to the drive... through on my way to work and the first thing I hear is "Why you ain't stop at the speaker?". Of course I respond with, "excuseme". Then the very rude and unprofessional female responds with, "hold on". The speaker remains open and I can hear someone say,"no one ever took my order". No response. Then she finally comes back and asks for my order. I ordered a sausage scrambler andadvised her that I had a coupon. She tells me they don't take coupons. I said it's a Krystal coupon with no expiration date. Shetells me, "I don't even have a coupon button, Mamm". I told her every other Krystal I go to (there's only 2 left in my area)take the coupons. She responds, "well I don't take no coupons here". This person was the most unprofessional, rude, crass, nastyperson I've run into that is supposed to offer customer service! I will avoid this location from now on. Never again! I wish Istopped at the window to get her name, but just in case management/owners see this post and care to correct or fire her, she wasworking the drive through on Tuesday morning, May 3, 2022 at 7:00am.
