The food was excellent, maybe because I haven't been eating fried for sometime! But the service from on on the staff member was... just unexceptionable as a front person. There was no can I help you, the attitude was as if she didn't want to be there,checking the phone... I placed the order and sat down at a table apparently it was time for her to leave, I noticed she wentinto one of the food holders with her hands and made her something to go. I was waiting to see if she was working on some onesorder, if so I would have to them not to except it! The young lady in the back was extremely nice. I work for USPS we deliver at this kfc. I was on my lunch break. I waited 10 minutes before anyone came to the front the cashier... stated they are only taking grub hub and door dash. Ok, I left and walk to my truck. I look up and noticed that the lady tookthe customer who was behind me order. I went back in at ask the customer did she take his order he said yes. I called the ladyback to the front and asked he how come she took his order and deny me service. The lady got nasty tell me not to have anattitude. She deny me service then tell me how I shouldn?t feel. And now she wants to take my order, I told her I didn?t wantanything now after how they treated me. So I ask for corporate number. It's Wesley Chapel so not much is expected. Went inside to order some take out. 1 person in the lobby eating the food he... purchased, one other waiting for his take out order. I get to the register and was told by a very rude female "drive thruonly" I said if that is the case why did you just serve this gentlemen his take-out order and why is this gentlemen eating thefood that he just purchased? If the lobby is closed why are your lobby doors unblocked? The female employee replied "mind yourbusiness, you doing to much now leave" Fabulous customer service. What a joke. Went and saw there was already a queue when I arrived, so I anticipated a bit of a wait, which was fine. I asked for the wings,... and was told they no longer served those. I ordered the 3 piece chicken box with two sides instead. I pull to the cashier windowand pay, and afterwards, a gentleman comes from the kitchen and informs me that they only have white meat chicken left. At thatpoint I asked that same man if I could be refunded, since I was not told prior to paying that they only had white meat, and hewalks away without answering me. Then a gentleman named Ray whom I assume was the manager on shift comes to the window,appearing annoyed, asking who wanted a refund, and I explained that it was me and why I wanted it. He tries to tell me thatthey?ve been telling everyone in the line that they only have white meat, and that he heard them do so. I again inform him thiswas not the case, and that I was not told so before paying. He blows my explanation off, and mumbles that ?niggas need to payattention? before ultimately refunding me. I am relieved I was given my refund in the end, but I am extremely displeased at howI was treated during the encounter. The lady who took my order, and the gentleman who told me they only had white meat, bothstood there knowing I was not told about the availability before I ordered, and remained silent as the man Ray essentiallyaccused me of lying or being too dumb to listen properly. The worst KFC in Decatur. First of all the are drive thru only and the speaker is broken. They are hard to hear and clearly... can't hear you ordering based on the number of time I had to repeat myself. The employees are rude. They are constantly out ofsoda flavors and only ever have 2 to choose from. They are also always "waiting on extra crispy to come up" though in my severalvisits in the last month They have never had it. Which is normally my que to take my business elsewhere, but tonight I orderedanyway. The girl taking my order had an attitude for no reason and cut me off to tell me to pull to the window. At the window Itold her I needed a side item and asked to add it. She didn't say anything just pushed buttons and then snatched my card. I gotthe bag immediately after and asked if my sides where there, spoiler alert they were not. I tried to go in to ask for it and amtold to wait thru line again to come to the window and get it. We were there for almost 30 minutes. There was only one person ahead of us. We ordered 3 fries with our order but only received... one was ready. They failed to drop fries when we placed our order 30 minutes prior. The bathroom was filthy. The cashier neededhelp. I asked for the manager, the cashier did not know where he was. Sorry staff. Food was nasty. I couldn't identify what part of the chicken they provided me. They gave me the wrong sides for... both orders. I spent over $100 for suck poor service. You most really be hungry to eat this cat food they service with the wrongsides. Read more
It was 8:30 the food was horrible cold original chicken burnt mac and cheese horrible. Service was a I don't care attitude... atmosphere sucked.
