MY question is... It's 6pm and folk are getting off work and don't feel like cooking. WHY was there NO chicken cooked or even... dropped down in the fryer??!!!! Then when asked, the one hood guy responded "Well y'all should've went home and cooked" thenanother hood guy saw me in dress clothes and tried to talk mess on me and then after learning what I do for a living, he startedbegging me for a job claiming he only makes $10/hour. I politely schooled him on his nasty and very hood attitude, pants saggingand overall looking nasty self and explained why he is working at KFC and probably always will. When I asked for my money backand told the staff, our money is what keeps them employed, there was dead silence. We finally got our food and extras after 30minutes. The entire staff was just hood as hell and even the homeless people kept coming in begging customers for money andgetting soda refills. This location must not have a manager and if they do... Whoever is working your drive thru on September 9 2022 at 5pm... needs to be moved away from customer interactions. Maybe the... fryer? Where she doesn't have to communicate with others. Because she very obviously doesn't want to. I've never encountered amore rude fast food worker. I got to the drive thru intercom and she said "go head" .... go head? Go head and do what exactly,Gucci Mane? When I made it to the window. She didn't open her mouth once. Rudely and aggressively handing items out the window.Maybe someone had ticked her off? Even if that is the case, she needs to remove her self from any customer interactions untilshe feels better. Don't nobody want that energy over their chicken! My experience today was horrible at KFC on Flat Shoals/Candler road. First of all we were told that we'd have to wait 20 minutes... for chicken and tenders. It actually took longer, my order was messed up and the tenders were overcooked. When I called to makea complaint no one answered the phone. I won't be going there again and I will ensure that none of my colleagues/familydoneither. Read more
Employees are rude. Food was cold. Soon as I pull up to the window the guy says"all chicken is a 25 minute wait" so I get a... chicken sandwich. It is cold. I order a sierra mist, no syrup. Turns out they only had lemonade and tea. I won't go there again. Read more
If you sell grilled chicken you should have some for sale. This location is almost always "out" of something. They were also... "out" of barbecue sauce. It is a good idea to call ahead to check but they probably won't answer the phone. Read more
It?s fast food, so I try to temper my expectations, but this KFC is actually pretty good. My last visit was served fresh and hot... by a sweet lady behind the counter. Although the ice machine wasn?t working, she got me some ice with a smile and lovinglyreferred to me as ?baby?. My only complaint was that the restrooms were closed and napkins were scarce. I've switched from Popeyes to KFC and ain't sorry. Meat is juicy flavorful and you not sitting in line for 40minutes???????????... The worse. Food is very fresh/delicious on the day shift between 2-5 day shift. This particular evening the cashier spproached... the register with a mint green cell phone. She advised there was no dark meat ready. After waiting about fifteen minutes, a malessked if I had been served. I explained what the cashier had said. He told me the onky dark meat was crispy/grilled. Theoriginal tasted like it had been there since 1929 hard/dried. I submitted a complaint to corporate.
