The customer service is 5 star. The food is always cooked to order and fresh. So much so if you don't touch your food till you... get home it will still be hot enough to bite into. Pretty solid. My only complaint is similar to other reviews, the customer service could've been better, they're not mean nor... friendly. Whatever they're using to season the wings tastes stupid good and the amount of food for the price is great. Read more

The man who took my order seemed to be impatient with me. But this was my first time eating at JJ Fish & Chicken; I had... questions (about the meal options). The Fish (Tilapia) and Fries were hot and fresh. Although my receipt says ?Dine-In?, youcan?t eat it inside, all of the tables and chairs are off the dining room floor, moved to a corner. There is no mask requiredand only 1 employee has on a mask. The restrooms are even closed to the public. Since all orders are ?TO-Go?, it should havebeen cleaner inside than it was.
