DON?T GO TO THIS LOCATION! They took too long to have my online order made. I had my husband to go pick up my order and after... telling the staff that he had an online order to pick up in my name, they instead started making orders for 4 people who were inline. The excuse that they were short on staff is not an acceptable excuse, period! What they should have done was go ahead andmake our order ahead before taking a walk in customer?s order. Online orders have priority!! This location clearly doesn?t knowwhat it means to establish good customer service whether they are short staffed or not. I called and requested a refund becausethis was such an inconvenience. I don?t take customer service lightly!! That?s the whole point of why I placed the order onlinebecause I didn?t have the time to wait. My husband had to wait over 25 minutes which is downright ridiculous!! SO DO YOURSELF AFAVOR AND DON?T CONSIDER ORDERING OR WALKING IN TO THIS LOCATION. GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION SUCH AS THE LOCATION ON NORTH DECATURRD BY EMORY OR THE LAVISTA RD LOCATION IN TUCKER. We had a great experience here at this location. We met two great employees as well. K was in charge and Cedric was our... master sandwich maker. They were both very pleasant. We will return here. Placed an order around 8:30 PM last week (their advertised closing time is 9 PM). However when I arrived for pickup around 8:45... the storefront was closed. I called the location the following day to make sure I would not be charged. The employee assured methe order would have been "voided" because I did not receive it. However, I was charged anyway. Efforts to request a refundthrough the Jimmy Johns customer service process have been unsuccessful. Read more
Took me an hour and a half to get my sandwich. Only knew it was ready for pickup by walking over and getting it after 90 minutes... of waiting. They were backed up on orders, which I can understand, and told me so after half an hour, but taking another 60minutes on top of that and not even notifying me the sandwich is ready is just silly.
