Food good. The wings. The philly chicken or beef on the pita bread.... Boi what? That food good. The cheese burger... Yes! Yo... neighborhood Fletchers. It's local, whole in the wall vibes, but clean.... it's a bar and we all know what the food belike...somebody put they foot in it. I feel like I've left them a review before. The good and the only reason for 1 star- DJ Lady Divine. I'm never going back to Fletchers but the music she played during the... 30 minutes I wasted in there was good. One waitress tried to be accommodating but I could tell she had no authority to makedecisions related to customer issues. She did what she had to do...get the horrible attitude, horrible customer service ladymanager/cook/whatever she was. I ordered a porkchop sandwich and fried mushrooms directly from the restaurant via their website. I had a 15 to 30 min pickup window. I get there and am told, "we don't have no porkchops". The "manager's" attitude washorrible as if it was my fault. I just said I wanted a refund. She tells me they can't give me a refund.....for some %#@$ theydidn't have? Mind you, I already paid 25.00 online including a tip. She tells me I have to download some app called SLICE andcontact them to get my money back because SLICE only pays them once a month. What does that have to do with me? I didn't orderfrom SLICE and as a matter of fact I've never even heard of it. She acted like I should have known. I protested leavingwithout my money back and having to download an app I know nothing about and ultimately left. If Fletcher's uses SLICE and theywere out of a product ordered, it seems logical to me for them to contact SLICE and let them know the issue so they can contactthe customer if a refund has to go through them. A few customers were there which said to me they were taking some forms ofpayment. How do you not offer a person a refund for something you were out of? No worries, I'll NEVER go back and will NEVERrecommend this place. Another thing was, I could hardly breathe with the marijuana smell that I'm sure everyone including me gota contact high from. Totally disappointed. Business owners....managers and employees are the faces of your business, especiallywhen you aren't around. Vet them better. The bisque in the mussels was the best I've had in years and the best in Atl hands down Battered wings were good too. Only gripe... is the side salad for 3.00 that consists of lettuce, a pepperoncini pepper, onions +onions+onions+onions. And one slice ofcucumber.....bruh stop playing. This was not a hit at all, we will not be back, The drinks were watered down & the D.j was playing the music he liked.The good... is mediocre at its best and it's just not the place to go to if you're looking to have a ounce of fun.The 1 star is for customerservice, our server was pleasant and she had a beautiful smile. I haven’t been here in almost 2 years and decided to go 8-22-21. The worst decision when you’re hungry. My friend and I... ordered drinks ok I guess. I visited on February 16. Every started out fine until the food was served on cracked plates and bowls. The only dish that was... served correctly was the burger although all the plates and bowls were cracked. The manager on duty refused to come to our tablealthough he was watching tv a few tables away. I ordered a 40 piece wing to go the wings were rubbery not cooked properly atall. At first I was thrown off by this as I’m not use to this at the Stonecrest location. Then I spoke to Mr. Fletcher theowner at Stonecrest this weekend all he said was sorry and didn’t seem the least bit concerned nor did he offer to correct thesituation.
