BEWARE! I'm a dasher & was picking up an order at night. I didn't speak into the speaker. The lady rudely told me next time I... better speak into the speaker. As I was trying to explain to her I was unaware because no other restaurants require this,Security appeared out of nowhere & threaten to beat me up (I'm a woman) also calling me slur names! You verbally assaulted mefor no reason at all! And to top it off he refused to give me my order! Beware these people are very hostile! Peep their policesign on front of the building! They hate African Americans but take our money & get rich off of us! Shame on you! Treat yourcustomers with respect & dignity! If you don't like us go to another neighborhood! I have never had a situation where I ask for the coffee or ice tea matcha to be remade and end up getting yelled by the owner.... It?s sad the owner was not profesional and ask why the coffee or tea did not taste well. All he needed to do is add an extrashot of expreso and mix the matcha tea to make sure the powder devolves. He did not have to yell at me and tell me to leave andnot come back ever again. I even showed the owner the bottom of the tea which had powder where the lady who made the drink madeit in such a rush. I was very fortunate to go to a different location and get the iced coffee and customer service I deserveafter spending more than $20. Again, I don?t mind paying for extra to receive quality coffee and service. Please be mindful ifyou ever ask for your order to be corrected and remade at this location. Read more
Staff is always great however...if your going to keep people from coming inside un the morning please put a sign up and say... drive thru only. Who has time to get out their car go to door to find out its locked and by the time u try to jump in the drivethru your already 5 cars behind before even seeing the speaker. woman at the front ( darker skinned , nice bone structure , long black hair w/ a side part pulled back ) took my order and was... helpful honestly . but then she went straight from touching the order screen to preparing the hot tea i ordered which requiredher to handle the tea bag . no gloves , no handwashing , nothing . and so i asked a man who was close by ( he came off as themanager ) could someone w/ some gloves prepare my tea instead . the woman leaves the cup and calls out to someone else , saying? you better come make this before i get mad ? now im not sure what she does when she gets mad but a demeanor like that has noplace in customer service . i know customers can be ? a lot and that some people have lower tolerance for others than some do .if thats the case , dont work customer service . i wonder how she would treat a customer / client when she?s mad in regards toher own business . as someone who has worked multiple food service jobs ( even currently , part-time ) and has a business , ican attest to the fact that behavior like that is not what makes successful business ( law of attraction ) also didn?t helpthat the hasbrowns were overdone . i was very hungry after my first two breakfast plans fell through so i ate them anyway . Every time I go here. My order is always right. plus if I order food like a beagle or the Trukey sausage Croissant it's ALWAYS... HOT!! I don't know about y'all But when I go to other Dunkin Donuts, and I get a beagle and or Donuts. They're always cold andthe cashier always says we can't heat it up. NOT at this location. My order of l order it's always hot and my drinks are alwayscold. Which equal my order is ALWAYS right. I NEVER have to go back and correct them.... #IRUNONDUNKIN ???????????????? Read more
The first thing you notice about this place once you step inside the store is the friendliness of the associates. It is so... welcoming that you would want to sit and enjoy a fresh drink and of course and delicious donuts. The welcome everyone to justcome in and do their homework, business meetings, etc... whether you plan on purchasing anything or not. Free charging ports allaround the shop. There seem to be two owners, a middle aged couple. The woman took my order, got it wrong despite me repeating it, and then had... an attitude when I asked her to verify it was oat milk. It in fact was not, as I spent the rest of the morning in terriblepain. The man was very pleasant! I?m sure he wouldn?t have served me cow?s milk.
