That lady is rude. She screamed at me! Some sketchy people hang by the drive thru. The guy was okay but he can't hear well,... which is cool but when he messed up my order he too put it back after it had already been in my car. We all know how somecultures are when it comes to regulatory practices vs saving $2. Then, I get home and the one of my donuts are old and hard,boston creme (my fav) is just fresh but sad tasting, ???????????. I never get their coffee, it's deplorable at any chain. Butmy powdered donut tasted like cinnamon. I'm happy I drove instead of ordered from door dash because babybee, I would have been38 hot! I'm out $5 instead if $16 (shame on you door dash). One of the worst Dunkins. I have been here three times since I moved in the area and the coffee was HORRIBLE each time. Twice... through the drive-thru and once on the inside. I thought the inside experience would e a little bit better but it's absolutelynot! Third time was NOT the charm. The place is dirty the workers are very rude and slow. I will never be back here again.Definitely looking for a closer coffee spot in the area as soon as possible. I don't even know why this place is still open orwhy they have any positive reviews. Usually, I order from inside the store, but this time I got my Caramel Macchiato from the drive-through and it was taste bad... ???????? they put a lot of Caramel and they didn't put 2 shots of espresso, so the coffee was a combination of Caramel andmilk. terrible. 1. place was very dirty, flies were roaming around inside and place was messy and unorganized. 2. They took very long... to give me my order which I placed ahead on the app (just a coffee and a bagel). They looked like they had about 6 or morepeople working so they didn?t look understaffed. 3. The coffee they gave me was practically undrinkable. I drink a lot ofcoffee so I got myself an extra large right before work but it tasted BURNT and gave me a headache after a few sips. 4. bagelwas ok at least 5. tbh worst dunkin i?ve been to. I don?t plan to ever go there again. I usually go to the one on indian trailin norcross, they are very clean, nice, efficient, and make good coffee. The workers are VERY slow. We had to keep asking for the food that we were missing. One of the ladies had an attitude and kept... asking to see our receipt even though the cashier didn?t give us one. It turns out we still didn?t get all of our food. Thedrinks also have locks on them. And the baskin robins workers are nasty!! One of the workers put ice cream into a cone and iguess they got the wrong kind of ice cream. Instead of throwing it out, they put the entire cone into the freezer to give to thenext customer that order that kind of ice cream. Read more
Completely horrible service. After waiting 5 minutes to place an order, the worker named Bhiman took my order with a complete... nasty attitude. Once my stuffed mini everything bagels were ready (2 orders), they were completely cold. The front worker Bhimanthen proceeded to argue with me and would not make me any fresh ones or heat up the mini bagels. I will NOT be spending my moneyhere anymore. Read more
