This Dunkin has the friendliest staff I've ever encountered at a fast-food franchise. They brighten my workday with their... kindness and sense of humor. This is a 24 hr Dunkin that has it's doors locked at 8am. This store may good for the one's with cars, but I was told by the... manager (8/4/22) that they don't serve people who don't have a car. It had 11 cars in the line yesterday. Today it looks likeeveryone found a different Dunkin. Read more

The corporate office needs to revisit this franchise. Locked doors during operation hours, over 27 minute wait times, less than... friendly service, cold coffee that is supposed to be hot all for the same cost with no discount. At what point is the okay? Itis not tolerable and this corporation receives on the daily enough income to rectify this matter no matter what zip code it?sin. Terrible!! Terrible!? Terrible!! Everything is bad, from the lazy, rude workers to the horrible tasting OLD coffee, stale ice... cream cones and them not giving the correct amount of money back. This Dunkin? Donuts manager is rude and every time I come into this dunkin she gives me a hard time and says it?s always... something wrong with every machine needed for what I want. I?ve never seen her before in my life so why she?s using her positionto target me I have no idea as to why. She is rude to me every time. There is no reason why one day the coffee machine wasn?tclean and I had to wait 15 min for it to work after the store was open for two hours. Then another day the oven wasn?t workingand needed maintenance when I ordered hash browns, she also kept saying sandwich when I was ordering hash browns then when Isaid I was going to put a bad review all of a sudden the ovens worked then another associate wanted to argue with me because Itook the ketchup packages out and put them on the counter.
