Love this location. They are on point and efficient, friendly most of all! I went inside recently and really appreciate being... greeted and served so graciously. Poor excuse fir a franchise. I placed an order in drive through gave the cashier my money and took a dip from my coffee only to... hear the cashier say, ?we?re out of change and said she couldn?t give me my respectful change due. I handed her the coffee backand said then refund it. You should have informed me prior to taking my money and giving me coffee of the change issue (which isa scam, they could?ve gotten change from the bank prior to starting the day). She proceeds to tell me there?s change on theground that I can pick up because there?s nothing she can do. I asked for my receipt and demanded my change. She proceeds to saythey ran out of receipt paper but when I walked inside the register somehow printed receipts as she took more drive throughorders. The Decatur location on Blackmond Dr is definitely stealing from its customers and there?s no telling how much they?vemade by keeping our change. They customer service here is AMAZING! I love all of the employees and how caring and kind they are. Literally every single one... of the employees are so sweet. I have never walked in a restaurant and felt so much great energy. Starting with Chris, Rakhee myfirst time coming in here they were so sweet and welcoming! I love coming in here to order food because the whole team makesevery visit amazing.
