cant speak for the food but i can speak for horrid customer service received from the black women who had to be in her 20’s.... not only was she rude but she lied. me and my party called the store to ask if they were open inside. when i asked she wouldbarely let me finish speaking before she repeatedly said “ no, no , no ma’am”. i stopped talking because she was clearlyso earger to speak. she said to get in to the drive thru line to order. we wait in line for 15-20mins since its a small shop, iassume they didn’t have that many employees at the time, but we didn’t mind. when we get to the window she says “pickup?” i said no, we just spoke on the phone you told us to get in line to order. now she’s saying that thats not true andthat you can only pick up at the window. that i would of had to order on the phone..? when she just told me on the phone thatshe would take my order at the window! it was 40 mins until closing when we got there and about 10 mins until closing when shesaid this at the window. sounds like a employee was too lazy too work right, or she was most likely high from the way shepresented herself. truely disgusting behavior, as a black women im asking, how can people support the black community when thisis what we receive? this type of behavior is unacceptable, and this information will be shared so other’s don’t have toexperience what me and my friends went through while just trying to enjoy our night. Placed my order it was confirmed when i get to pickup i was given 2 cokes w/ice s/b coke no ice and iced tea made the switch get... home i have 2 lem/ pep wings s/b 1 lem/pep one Hot crispy the wings were fried hard and taste like the oil was burned. I got a chicken philly, cheese pizza and, lemon pepper wings and hot wings with fries. The order was ready fast and the customer... service was good. They still aren't letting anyone in the store you must pick up in the drive thru. My philly didn't have anymayo on it had to add when I got home. I would've liked my pizza baked a little crisper. OMG!!! My first time ordering from here!! I read the reviews and decided to give it a try!!! Best choice I could have made!!!... The pizza was hot, ingredients were fresh, sauce was delicious!!! The wings,….were fried perfectly. I asked for XXcrispy, andthat they were. Seasoned to perfection. The family was raving about the pizza. They wanted to know where the place was! We havea new favorite spot. My only disappointment was they don’t deliver, and I’m 5 miles out, so I feel close enough fordelivery. HOWEVER, it is worth the drive. We will be ordering from here for pizza from now on. Give them a try you won’tregret it. We ordered lemon pepper wings, seasoned wings, cheese pizza, veggie pizza, and meats pizza. Read more
