This is not a complaint about the ice cream?..b/c cold stone ice cream is delicious. However, the older female who ran the... register on this visit was extremely rude. We all got ( forgive me I don?t know the exact lingo) two scoops?two cups one wafflecone. The guy put the cup orders into a larger cup simply because it was spilling out and making a mess when he tried to put itin the regular two scoop cup. Only one of the orders was a signature order the other two were just two scoop of one flavor. Thecashier kept asking what did you add in (to the signature cup) what size did you get?? If you don?t believe your customers justask the employees! But aren?t the toppings free?? Even if I substitute one thing out?? At any rate I would suggest taking adeep breath and packing your patience when you get ready to pay. Read more

There was this nice female worker that told me she was new and did an amazing job at making me feel comfortable. She was a... hijabi just like myself and even almost had the same name as myself! She made my ice cream super tasty and pretty!!???????? Iloved her hospitality and customer service!
