This is not a complaint about the ice cream?..b/c cold stone ice cream is delicious. However, the older female who ran the... register on this visit was extremely rude. We all got ( forgive me I don?t know the exact lingo) two scoops?two cups one wafflecone. The guy put the cup orders into a larger cup simply because it was spilling out and making a mess when he tried to put itin the regular two scoop cup. Only one of the orders was a signature order the other two were just two scoop of one flavor. Thecashier kept asking what did you add in (to the signature cup) what size did you get?? If you don?t believe your customers justask the employees! But aren?t the toppings free?? Even if I substitute one thing out?? At any rate I would suggest taking adeep breath and packing your patience when you get ready to pay. Read more
My family and I love the ice cream that we had coming there after seeing Minions: The Rise of Gru at AMC North Dekalb 16 in... Decatur. My favorite favor I chose is Oreo Cream it is the best I ever had than any other ice cream spot especially it's myfirst time coming to Cold Stone and hoping to go to one again. Read more
